Dear Jenny, We regret that you had a subpar experience with us. Your order of February 18th for a chicken bowl featuring lettuce substituted for rice, no beans, extra lettuce and meat as well as pico de gallo and cilantro has been refunded to make up for it. We take pride in providing our customers with exceptional service; so much so that we would have tried to rectify the issue if contacted directly instead of rushing online reviews first. Here at La Choza, we always want your 5-star experience!
