Lacrosse Fanatic

Shawn, Thank you for your business. We hope you enjoy your big game this weekend (Go Army). Thanks again.

Lenny, Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you enjoy your new t shirt and your custom strung head. Please visit our website the next time you need any new lax gear. Thanks again.

Curtis, I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience shopping with us today. I can assure you that the custom strung Gait Torq 2 head that you purchased from us at $109.99 was on sale. Lax.com and other stores (including ours) sell the unstrung head for $99.99. That head was custom strung with Hero 3.0 semi soft mesh ($24.99), a string kit ($9.99) and was strung using a pocket designed exclusively for that head by Mikie Schlosser, PLL Waterdogs ($30). Given that the head has a retail value of $164.97, we thought that it was an exceptional value at $109.99. That is a $54.98 savings! I’m sorry that we were not able to offer you any additional discounts. Please keep in mind that the case of balls you purchased was at our everyday price of $165 for 120 balls. That is one of the most competitively priced cases of balls that we know of, and far less than our competitors. Lax.com actually charges $179.99 plus shipping. We only offer the one price for balls at $165 so that teams and player families can all have access into the same low everyday pricing. Given that the Gait Apex is one of the most popular sticks on the women’s market right now, we do not offer discounts on that item. Sorry about that. It has been selling out across the country this year. We planned ahead and ordered extra so we would still have them available for the summer season. We do offer the Lax Fan Rewards program to our customers. For every $150 you spend you get a $15 discount off your next purchase. For this purchase you earned over $45 in savings for your future orders (the taxes you paid would not count towards the discount). This is by far the best rewards program. We have researched them all. And please note that we do have a full website with free shipping on orders over $89.99. That is also the lowest minimum purchase for free shipping in our industry. Lax.com hasn’t offered free shipping this year. They only have paid shipping options. Given your distance from our store, if you placed your order by 7 PM EST you would receive your purchase the next business day. Please keep in mind if you still have buyers remorse you are welcome to return all of your unused items for a full refund with in 60 days from your date of purchase. We hope that this helps. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank you! Pete DeMello Owner of Lacrosse Fanatic

Cindy, Thank you for your business. We always welcome newbies into our store and especially into our sport. We love to share our knowledge and enthusiasm for the game with new families. We're glad you were able to take advantage of our demo area and try out some different stick prior to purchasing. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional gear. Thanks again.

RC, Thank you for shopping with us. We're glad we were able to help. We hope you will let us know the next time you need any new gear. Thanks again.

Frank, Thank you for your business. Your order shipped out the same day (as the majority do). We're glad we earned your support, recommendation and 5-Star review. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Thanks again.

Kerri, Thank you for your business. We're glad our team helped get your order placed and shipped ASAP and that our shipping partner got it delivered earlier than anticipated. Please let us know if you need anything in the future. Thanks again.

Tony, Thank you for your business. You picked up a great deal. That item was in fantastic shape and was clearly not used much at all. We look forward to helping you again in the future. Thanks again.
