They just canceled my subscription out of nowhere - a subscription that was paid for a year. Support is not responding. Worst service ever. Don't even try it.

Can’t cancel subscription
I want to cancel my son’s Lagofast subscription but the Instructions they give on their website to cancel, don’t work. They don’t reply to emails. Nothing works apart from their debit order out of my account every month. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY. Unless you like people taking money out of your account until the end of time.

I live in Germany and I play fortnite mobile and I bought a Lagofast subscription and I notice that my ping and fps do not improve and what I notice is that is a big scam and I play want my money bag if I don't get my money bag I might sue this company

i used it to play fortnite and i had 8-15 ping but when i turned it on it went up to 30-40 i think that it can work but it didnt worked for me i live in Slovakia (Europe)

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Do not buy this software. If you have already bought it, contact your card provider and cancel all transactions. They subscribe without your permission and do not cancel if you want. They will reply: "Because you purchased your subscription via credit or debit card, your subscription and debit agreement is not with us and we can only refund you but not cancel your subscription.". This reply is proof that they are scammers. American Express doesnt have service like this. They are using Stripe services every 3 montsh for steal money. I cannot post the reply they sent here because TrustPilot does not allow uploading images. This is a Hong Kong company and their site does not provide any company information. So you cannot get a refund from them in any way.

Corrupted my PC, couldn't connect to the internet anymore
As soon as I connected to the VPN it messed up my PC's network settings/adapters so I couldn't connect to the internet anymore. I tried EVERYTHING for days but I still couldn't connect to the internet, in the end I found myself forced to format/reset my PC deleting all of my data and documents in the process to be able to connect again. Please stay away from this scam, I'm almost sure it isn't legit. ive also seen a few more reviews and this has happened to other people too... please be careful!!

Terrible vpn. terrible service, technical support is so stupid that this is absurd. I bought a 30-day subscription and tried playing Warzone/ My ping without VPN is 45-50. If I use a similar program, then 35-40. And when I started trying this slag. Then my ping became 65-80. Packet loss. I contacted tech support. I began to talk all sorts of nonsense. Requested a refund. There is no response. It's been 3 days. I received a reply that the refund can only be made up to 3 days) Ahaha. Think for yourself what a terrible attitude this is.
It's a SCAM
It's a SCAM, stay away! I have subscribed for me and my friend, literally nothing worked for both of us, and the ping is reaching 200ms with the software, even though my normal ping is 45ms, same for my friend who lives in a different region. Even their support was unable to help. And they will NOT refund your money afterwards, so stay away.
kind of lies about some things it works for
Doesnt work for some games that it says it does. I tried to boost on roblox and all it did was disconnect me from the game over and over and even logged me out once. As soon as I disconnected it from "boosting my ping" all the problems stopped. EDIT: I turned it back on to see maybe if it was just roblox bugging out, but no. It logged me out of the game again. I dont know if this is a long shot but I wouldn't be surprised if it stole my account or something.
