Lagofast refuses to cancel my subscription. This is a Full Scam. I purchased the router and the service. Is literally worst than withmy normal connection.
Their answer is that I should call my bank and ask them to cancel the subscription.

We're sorry, but since you didn't sign a debit agreement with us when you purchased your subscription using a credit or bank card, you'll need to contact your bank or payment platform to cancel your subscription for you.

I tried lagofast maybe 50 times but with poor results, so I started to tell myself that it would be better next time. I'll try to buy wtfast next time, so I'll tell you.

Absolute scam. The lobbies are full of cheaters. Their app messes up the Windows 11 installation so badly that you have to completely reinstall it afterwards. Don't buy this and don't install it under any circumstances!!!! Attention, the free version to try out is completely different from the crap you get if you have paid. As soon as your money is gone, the support no longer responds. Stay away!

After reinstalling Windows on pc not allowed to use app anymore because its limited to one user only , cannot cancel subscription because there is no option for it in their client. They made this on purpose to take money from people who are not familiar with these scams and forget about the subscription which monthly takes money away.
This is my take on this lazy MOFOS, lagofast is trash, unresponsive most of the times when you need help ASAP. Please for your own peace of mind dont ever purchase any servers or services from this moron company or whatever because you wont get any answers at all, Youd expect something like a reply but no. Give this lagofast more negative reviews so that they may change if not then report this scam of a server provider. I wish cancel culture can cancel this trash.

So I bought a membership as I thought the free trial was making a bit of a difference to my game. It's promised that you'll get an 85% to 95% performance increase when it's actually lowering my fps in fortnite and counter strike 2. I've asked for a refund but the girl in customer service is acting like she doesn't understand me. All in all STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

The FPS issue may be due to overloading your PC with all the FPS Boost features enabled, please try disabling some of the overclocking features!
They were responsive at first but in a few days, you will not recieved replys from their support and what's worse was their supports is at the discord not on website, this just straight scam bro. so many issues like the server i rent (palworld game) lagging, no access to file manager and stuffs, can't download backups.

for the first 5-7 days it was fineish.
Then server crashd and now ive gotten 0 reply from there supports for 6 days.
Ive written emails and tickets on forum and discord to no help.
This place doesnt care about their costumers...
They take your money and then forget about you...

Poor service, refusal to refund when software does not work. I requested cancellation of the day of subscription after seeing the software does not work, only for Rachel from their customer service department to dodge and evade any responsibility and outright refuse refunding, as well as refusing to provide an email address for management.

Regarding the EasyLobby issue, please check if the geographic location has changed after entering the game, if it has changed then our service has been activated!

TLDR: Doesn't work as advertised, absolutely lacklustre support, unapologetic and refuse to refund. 0/10 would recommend, stay away at all costs.
UPDATE: LagoFast are outright dishonest in their response, I emailed on the day of subscription to request cancellation and refund after seeing the software does not function. They refused, and now refuse to refund.
On 1 January 2024 I purchased a subscription. The software does not function as advertised, and you are subject to wildly unacceptable pings. I immediately opened a ticket to request a refund on the same day.
On 8 January 2024, I emailed again after not receiving a response after a week. Enter Rachel from "customer support" (which is ironic, because this Rachel character offers everything but support).
I've had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, and after Rachel dragged out the process for 3 weeks, she now claims I am no longer eligible for refund, even though I instructed them to cancel my subscription and refund me a month ago.
Absolutely abysmal service, non-functional hardware, pathetic customer service. Don't bother wasting your time here.

This is probably because you've been using EasyLobby too many times lately and that's why your record is so impressive that it triggers the SBMM mechanic!
Please try to get the K/D lowered appropriately
I do not recommend this program, it is better to tweak and debloat your PC yourself
example i let laggofast automatically overclock my gpu and played
a game less than 5 minutes
later my game froze
due to the overclock

This may be a problem because your GPU doesn't support overclocking at too high a frequency, try turning off Fps Boost and then boosting again!
The worst gaming vpn. I have tried many but this one is the worst. I bought this because of the reviews but the reviews are not true. My ping goes up not down and I had pc problems after turning it on. I had to reinstall windows after that. Do not trust the reviews and buy Gear up or exit lag because there are a lot better.

I just paid for the subscription and cannot log in. Emails do not arrive. The only email I got had an outdated link nine months ago. Scam or not, the result is the same. Do not recommend
