Language Trainers has been offering free language level tests to learners around the world for over 20 years, and in that time this is an issue we have genuinely never encountered before — which prompted us to investigate immediately and thoroughly. After a full technical review, we can confirm with confidence that our system is working exactly as it should. Results are displayed on screen as soon as the test is completed, and a follow-up email is automatically triggered shortly after. The most likely explanation is that the email was filtered into a spam or junk folder — something that can occasionally happen with automated emails, entirely outside of our control, and easily resolved by checking those folders. We are happy to resend the results to anyone who may experience a similar deliverability hiccup in the future — simply reach out to us directly and we'll help you right away. Our level tests are completely free, with no strings attached, and they remain one of the most reliable tools available for learners to accurately assess their language level for free.
