ZERO or even minus
ZERO or even minus, if I could. THIS COMPANY STEALS OTHER PEOPLE'S DESIGNS, from Etsy, among other places.

SCAM
SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. STOLEN PATTERNS AND IMAGES AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING YOU ORDER
If I could give zero stars I would.
This company steals images from real embroidery designers, scrubs their information, and then fakes up an advertisement for "their product". Save yourself the grief and the money - this company SCAMS good people.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAMMER. They do not send out products and designs shown on their website are from other companies
I would truly rather give zero stars
I would truly rather give zero stars; sadly there is no option for that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not receive what you order nor will you receive a refund. You also won’t get any response from customer service except for lies.
This company steals patterns from some…
This company steals patterns from some of my favorite embroidery accounts. Shame on you!! Making money after other people's talent...
Received no product until PayPal got…
Received no product until PayPal got involved and then only received half the order with no recourse through PayPal because the company said the order was sent. The advertising is also very misleading. But that's on me for not reading the fine print. No response from the company email or FB page. Wanted to leave a review on the website to warn others, but only 'verified' purchases can leave a review. SCAM.
I ordered a Clover fabric tube maker…
I ordered a Clover fabric tube maker and received a counterfeit fabric tube maker.
Fraud definitely a scam
Fraud definitely a scam! Wrong phone numbers and address
Con artists
Con artists - order placed 3 weeks ago. Item still showing as not shipped. Emails to support are bouncing back as undeliverable. Dispute opened with PayPal. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
This company uses stolen content
Based on the number of items I'm aware of (from at least 4 different designers), I'm assuming at this point that most if not all of their website content originates from stolen material: designs, pictures, IG reels that are used to promote the company on IG and FB. I would not place any reliance on either digital or physical items sold through the website because of this.
