Do not buy from this website! I placed an order (#1159) and paid a total of $268 ($198 for the item and $70 for shipping). They never shipped my merchandise. Instead, they are now extortionately demanding an additional $120 for "insurance," which was never mentioned during checkout. This is a 100% scam website. I have initiated a chargeback through my bank. Stay away!
They didn’t send exactly what I ordered
Ordered a 240W laser igniter for $360 + $75 next-day shipping. They took the money via Zelle, then said they need another $150 for “refundable insurance certificate”, payable by cryptocurrency. Sent the funds via Tron, THEN the guy said they need ANOTHER $60 to deliver the package in the next 3 hours, and was very pushy about it, saying I just need to trust him. I sent it, and he claimed it didnt show up. I looked up his public address and verified the transaction in Tronacan (I sent funds via Tron crypto, as he requested) and sent a screenshot to him showing that I could SEE the funds in his account. He insisted he couldn’t get the funds and asked for $40 more, this time in Bitcoin, immediately. I told him to cancel the order and refund everything. (This was almost 3 weeks ago). Do yourself a favor, and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. FRAUDULENT!
ATTENTION the website IS OK FOR THE PURCHASE BUT ATTENTION TO SCAM WEBSITE BY THE FINAL LETTER DIFFERENCE THE FINAL LETTER " S " is a scam site laserignies
Fake and a scam This site is fake and a selective scam. Most of the time they do not send products to customers; they just take the money. Sometimes they might send the products, which they acquire from another company in China, but they only send them if you tell them that you will order many more. There is basically no real customer support. They do not respond properly, and if you have a problem, you are on your own. The products are poor quality. The case is made of cheap plastic that breaks easily, and the internal wiring is bad and unsafe. The laser pumps are used parts that come from broken welding and cutting machines and are thrown away by laser tool repair companies. In other words, broken and used parts from welding and cutting lasers are recovered from garbage and made into these tools, but these parts are weak and damaged and will break soon. The devices are not certified or safety tested. The laser power is not even close to the advertised numbers. It does not cut or burn anything like in the videos; it will just be a waste of time and money. The battery does not have a BMS inside, which creates a serious risk of fire or explosion. The device can also overheat and burn your hand during use.
