Amazing experience to be part of such a program which gives us the tools and resources for delivering innovation projects. it has helped me to be more organised in my approach while dealing with such projects. Only thing which i believe can be improved is to adjust the time spent in initial stages and apportion more time for actual implementation of the project.
I found Leadapreneur as one-of-its-kind programme wherein participants were challenged to push the envelope in terms of thinking out-of-the-box. The programme is structured in a way that allows people to delve deeper in their work areas and explore opportunities to build a better world. One gets to harness their full potential around leadership, collaboration, communication and management skills.
I participated in their program twice and both have been a very good experience. Jan and the team were very professional and very engaging. They would always encourage us as we braved through the journey and gave their valuable suggestions when we were hit with hurdles. I have definitely learnt a lot which I could apply after the program.
