LEAKDRY

Dear Wayne, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay from our logistics partner. We have contacted the logistics provider and are investigating the cause of this delay. Currently, USPS has informed us that your package will arrive within 2 days. Regarding the resolution of this incident, LEAKDRY has sent the details to your email.

Hi Thomas, Thanks for your feedback! We hope you enjoy your adventure with LEAKDRY.

Hi John, That's an unprecedented experience, and we cannot apologise enough of the outright failure of the socks to keep you feet dry. This is certainly not acceptable we agree. But what we LEAKDRY promise is each sock is fully tested to ensure that they do not fail, and leave our customer high and not so dry. We will mail you separately to see how we can resolve this for you. We are so confident of our testing procedure that it gives us confidence to only claim the socks are water proof, but also offer a 1 year guarantee.

Hello, Robert Thank you very much for your positive feedback. LEAKDRY will work even harder to improve our products and services. If you have any issues with our products or after-sales service, we will provide assistance to LEAKDRY's users as soon as possible.

Dear Patricia We are very sorry about the issue with the shipment of your package. Our after-sales team promptly contacted Australia Post and tracked your package. The latest information from Australia Post is that your package arrived on June 28th. The reason for the delivery delay is that there is a backlog of customs clearance at MEL, causing a delay in the release of goods, which has affected Australia Post's pickup time. This situation is beyond LEAKDRY's control and resolution, and we deeply apologize for this. However, LEAKDRY has already taken immediate action to address this situation. The details and outcome of our handling have been sent to your email. Please check. LEAKDRY customer service team

Hello, Patrick! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your real experience with our waterproof socks and gloves. We're glad to hear that you found them waterproof, but we also understand that the tight fit might be uncomfortable in very cold water. Our socks are designed to provide a snug fit to achieve the best waterproof effect while also effectively alleviating leg vein issues caused by prolonged outdoor activities. However, we understand that everyone’s comfort levels are different. We suggest trying a size up for a more comfortable fit. Additionally, regarding warmth, we have iterated a new version of knee-high socks with a thickened merino wool lining. We highly value your feedback and will take it into account in the design and production of our upcoming products. If you have any other suggestions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your support and for being a part of Leakdry! Best regards, LEAKDRY Team
