Customer service was amazing.
My foot got wet, but I should have bought a pair that was knee high versus just mid calf high. I was amazed how quickly LEAKDRY responded to my problem, and it appears I should have bought a taller dock for my use in fly fishing since I was in knee high water. They offered to send new socks immediately and I am so impressed with their commitment to the product. I will test the socks in water that does not exceed sock height.
