Leaps and Rebounds

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're loving the product and finding value in the video resources and our guarantee. It means a lot to know you're happy with your experience! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand your frustration with the international shipping cost, and we’re truly sorry it felt excessive, especially given the lightweight nature of the package. Shipping to Canada can be surprisingly expensive, even through USPS, due to cross-border fees, handling charges, and package dimensions. We want to assure you that we don’t profit from shipping costs; we simply pass on the carrier rates we’re given. That said, we know it’s far from ideal and are actively exploring more affordable and transparent shipping options for our Canadian customers. When we find a better solution, we’ll be sure to reach out and share it with you directly. You deserve a smoother experience, and we’re committed to making that happen. We also appreciate you ordering two mats; it’s our hope that the improved design holds up better with continued use. If you ever need anything or experience issues again, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly value your support and trust. Best regards, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad to hear assembly went smoothly overall and that you're enjoying your rebounder and the video membership trials, it’s a great way to explore what works best for you. And thank you for the heads-up about the bungees during setup! They definitely require a bit of care, and we appreciate you sharing that tip for others. We're happy to hear that once you got the hang of the tool, everything clicked into place! Enjoy your rebounding journey, and we’re here if you ever need anything! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We really appreciate you highlighting both what you love and where we can improve. We completely understand your thoughts on the screw-on legs and assembly process. Foldable legs are a great suggestion. We’ve explored that design, but safety concerns have kept us from releasing it so far. That said, we’re actively working on solutions that prioritize both convenience and safety. We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the bounce! If you ever have questions about setup or using the rebounder on LVP flooring, our team is always here to help. Thanks again for choosing Leaps & Rebounds! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for your honest feedback! We're glad to hear you had a smooth experience with our trial, return process, and customer service, that means a lot to us. We’re sorry to hear the bounce didn’t quite meet your expectations. Everyone’s preferences are a bit different, and we truly appreciate you giving us a try. If you ever decide to revisit rebounding, we’d love to help you find the right fit. Thank you again! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad your first rebounder experience has been a great one. It’s awesome to hear the bounce feels good, setup was easy, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for bringing this to our attention Dennis, and we want to start by sincerely apologizing for the experience you’ve had. :( We’ve reviewed your message and understand that this is not just a product concern, but a serious safety issue. The fact that a metal clip launched and struck you is deeply concerning, and we absolutely take this situation seriously. We’re also SORRY for the miscommunication regarding the replacement part. After reviewing the details of your report and photos again, it’s clear that the issue is with the bungee cords and not the mat, and we understand how frustrating it must be to repeat yourself when your daughter is left without a usable product. That’s on us, and we’re addressing it immediately. Our team is now actively investigating this incident to assess any potential quality control issues with the bungee cord design. We want to ensure this doesn’t happen to you or any other customer again. In the meantime, we will prioritize sending the correct replacement parts and follow up directly to confirm shipping details and next steps. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we truly appreciate you raising this concern, not just for your own experience, but for the safety of our wider community. We’ll be in touch shortly to make this right. Best regards, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thanks for the great feedback! We’re happy to hear the replacement process was smooth and that your part arrived quickly. We’re always here to keep you bouncing with ease! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear your clients are loving the smooth bounce with the bungees, and that you’re enjoying the quieter performance compared to spring trampolines. That’s exactly what we aim for an easier, more enjoyable workout all around! We truly appreciate your support! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team
