Everything. Love your product.
Great product
Great product. Bungees don’t start fraying immediately like some other brands do. The customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.
Still new but liking my rebounder
Still kind of new for us but liking it so far. The children also use it and we incorporate it with their school lessons. I like that it is a gentle way to build strength, it’s light enough to move around, really doesn’t take up that much space , and sits up off the floor enough to vacuum underneath. I’m looking forward to learning more ways to incorporate strength with it.
I like the Leaps and Bounds product
I like the Leaps and Bounds product. They have a very good lifetime warranty ... However shipping is extremely slow, customer service is even slower at responding to emails. And that gets to be extremely frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that shipping was slow for you and that customer service was slow at responding. I am going to send you an email now to get this resolved for you.

The Leaps and Rebounds rebounder was a good purchase for me. Ordering was easy. It came more quickly than I expected and everything was in good condition. I have a disability and had stopped exercising at all due to pain. Rebounding has been a wonderful low impact exercise that I can do myself at home. I am starting slow and working up to a manageable, beneficial routine. I like that I can order replacement parts if needed. I purchased recently so do not have experience with customer service. If their customer service runs as smoothly as ordering and delivery, I do not expect any problems.

The first rebounder sent was defective, it took awhile to get a replacement and I have yet been able to assemble as I have just received it.

Sturdy rebounder
Received rebounder within a week after ordering. Easy to put together. Have been using it almost daily and like following the health videos. 40” is a good size to bounce on.

Leaps and Bounds did not answer their phone several times and apologized by offering a free pair of socks. Truly thoughtful
Bottom line... I love it!
I love that I was able to get a customized look and a well built, quality rebounder without spending as much as competitors. My order shipped and arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble and it works wonderfully.

I decided that the bar for the bouncer would be nice. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. I am loving rebounding. Even got my daughter on it. She may be next to get one after they move.
