We bought a replacement mat for our trampoline. Our 13 year old uses it, and she ripped it in 2 spots (she is 120lbs, incase that matters). Ordered a new mat and the charge to ship to Canada was 100$USD. Expected that to be via fedex or UPS but it was just USPS! Package was not heavy at all, so not sure how much of a profit they made off the shipping. (Shipping for 2 mats was the same as for just one so we ordered 2 because we anticipate it breaking again..)

I have been very pleased with Leaps & Rebounds rebounder and their customer service as well. One of the mat supports had broken off after a year and a half of daily rebounding. I emailed L&P customer service warranty to have my mat replaced and I received a quick response via email from Kamal Dhawan (a rep), and he confirmed I would receive my new replacement mat within 2 to 4 weeks. His communications with me have been spot on and very helpful, and speedy. I highly recommend Leaps & Rebounds for your rebounder (mini trampoline) purchase. 👍

I bought this cover for a 48" rebounder of a different brand and it still fits perfectly. It's clearly of high quality, my cats love to lay and play on it, but most importantly, it helps my rebounder blend better decoratively in the room. I have a small house so my rebounder only fits in the living room and I hated the look of a piece of exercise equipment sticking out like a sore thumb. This was a perfect solution.

It was easy to assemble and has been working great so far. It also came with a bunch of trial offers for rebounding video memberships that I am still working through. Its great to be able to check out some different ones. Be careful when assembling. The bungies can snap back and hit your hand pretty hard. I found out the hard way before I got the hang of how to use the tool. After that it worked great.

4 stars for the screw on legs and having to put all the bungees on when you put it together. It would be great if you could do a foldable leg, but not screw on. I have LVP flooring and you have to make sure the legs are fully secure every time you jump. That being said, the bounce is great!

Your customer support team needs to slow down and carefully read and view the report and photos we provided regarding a serious safety concern. The elastic bands and how they are failing so quickly, less than 30 days and when they do fail and come a part they do so as and launch the metal clips across our room, with the last band breaking today and the metal clip flying into my face sitting about 10 feet away. While we certainly appreciated the companies offer for a replacement mat, we never indicated a problem with the mat in our report or the photos we provided and my 11 year old daughter continues to have to wait even longer as we l have to send additional emails now to reexplain to customer care the issue for a product we have not yet owned for even 30 days and is now completely un-usable We do not feel the company is taking the report serious enough or at all as we hope to bring awareness to a potential quality issue that if not corrected can cause other users and anyone with in range to get seriously injured if stuck with the flying metal pieces from the clips used to bind the ends of the bands together.

The quality of this product is amazing. I don't think it could be made any better. Putting it together took me about 30 minutes, and I'm 83 years old. It was easy, once I got the first couple of bungees attached. Customer service was very responsive and informative about my delivery. It is lots of fun to bounce on it!

Putting the frame together and attaching the bungees was relatively easy considering the fact that I'm not that good at putting things together. The instructions were helpful. This rebounder is firm and has a very good bounce. I'm about 120 lbs and 4'11" short (haha). Unlike other types of workouts, I look forward to rebounding so I tend to make an extra effort to get it in my nightly routine even if it's late.
