‘Kwasi and Bibi’ (AI generated) helped rectify an unfortunate situation, as Lensdirect misjudged their inventory. After several weeks, I inquired where my lens’ were, as it was a simple purchase. I was advised that they did not have my product in stock, however, offered me free shipping and at no extra cost, they would manufacture the lenses to the frames that I supplied.. I had recently acquired my prescription lenses through lens direct and that experience along with the rectification of this experience was excellent- just make sure you have patience with the process 👍🏼👍🏼
