One order wasn’t delivered so I had to send a reminder. Otherwise good service.

Woolworth Building

Well packaged and simple instructions. A beautiful model! Thank you 😁

Not very satisfied was expecting more

First of all Part quality is fine I came across a lot of missing parts, the 2 buggy motors I received were empty and didn't even work. Some technik parts like the T shaped ones where weirdly designed and made it horrible to build with. I love Lego but this set I had for almost 3 months and I still didn't finish to build it.

Great bricks!

Great sets, quick shipping and good packaging, awesome!

No windows at BR 132

I paid over $140 for a locomotive (MOC-62517 BR132 Diesel). The front windows of the locomotive and the doors are not made of transparent glass but rather brown stones and these have to be covered with a cut-out picture. Impossible. I will never buy from Lesdiy again. It cost me a lot of extra money to get suitable stones so that the locomotive doesn't look so unrealistic and so that it can be illuminated. My custom number is „Bestellung #4483 bestätigt“

I don’t understand how you think…

I don’t understand how you think sending me a survey in a different language is good business and you wonder why I continue to give you low scores

Great company

The website is easy to navigate, the shipping time is average (sometimes above average), the packing is clean and organized, and we appreciate the nice gift. Then have put out minds to ease about ordering from a new company. We look forward to buying from them again.

Great costumer service, great products

Great costumer service, a few parts where missing, but after sending all the parts that where missing Sophia post them express, I got them 1 week after I got the original MOC

Good shop for MOCs at an affordable price!

MOCs can be expensive sometimes but here you can save a lot of money while the bricks have no difference in quality to the original. Moreover having both parts and instructions together makes the construction less stressful. Shipping time is a bit long but worth it considering the price. Good, also the after-sales. If some parts are missing they'll be shipped for free (happened only once). One last aspect I liked is the name of the designer included in the package. If you want to contact him/her regarding the instructions, send some photos, or simply thank him/her for the MOC, you can do it! It's cool to speak with the author of what you bought! Overall promoted! I would like to get faster shipments in the future though!

Reliable and accessible

Great assortment, very good accessibility of customer support in case of questions. Sets are assembled individually, so some patience is needed, but they arrive reliably and without damage or missing parts.

To be honest I had low expectations…

To be honest I had low expectations when ordering two sets. Nevertheless I was disappointed :( - Plenty of parts (hundreds) were missing (instead i got a shopping bag in my package). Provocation? - Striking construction faults during this built So one star and this is even to much...
