I am unable to reach them; they have blocked me because I spoke up to claim what I am entitled to. They act as if they don’t see me, and they refuse to address any of my questions or concerns. They simply will not respond, no matter how many ways I try to contact them.
I bought a moc for a castle. Its nice that you can buy them instead of searching for all the parts on bricklink or other sites. The stone quality is not exeptional but not bad in any way. I would recommend to buy here instead of wasting your time in piecing together a moc you really want. #lesdiy
You actually buy what you see in the store. The sets are complete and the instructions are clear. If you have any issues, customer support is quick and accurate. The quality/price ratio is excellent.
LesDIY’s affiliate program has been a terrible experience. I spent months promoting their products and accumulated affiliate earnings in the dashboard. Their team even confirmed by email that my payment would be processed on May 25. However, no payment was ever sent. Now the most shocking part: the commission balance suddenly disappeared from my account entirely without explanation. Support responses are slow, unclear, and full of delays. Affiliates are left waiting for months with no transparency and no reliable payout process. Very unprofessional handling of affiliate payments. I strongly recommend that affiliates think carefully before investing time and traffic into promoting this company.
Model took a long time to arrive, as it turned out to be a pre-order, but I didn't know that and I had to chase for notification. Good quality set.
Missing parts in the 2 sets i buy. More than 1 month to wait before receiving a feedback. Only receive 2 parts on the 10 missing.
The quality of the product was really good. The technical support and the team of Lesdiy were very kind. If you have any problem or missing parts of the item, they resolve it very soon and and the communication and the delivery service between us was super, too. I higly recommend this seller, The team is professional, polite and helpful, so I am sure I will buy another products of them.
One of the worst sets I’ve ever built. The product is clearly a low‑end Chinese counterfeit. The pieces are hard to snap together, some are missing, the final result looks very different from the pictures, and it doesn’t hold together due to errors in the assembly instructions. In short: avoid this set.
Recently i ordered a MOC-89126 Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy and there were alot of missing pieces, tried contacting support no response for a week + the motor that came with it is comepletely different and weaker than the one that was supposed to be included otherwise it was fine i guess. update support responded,problem with missing parts was solved by compensation which isnt bad but i would be more greateful if missing alot of pieces didnt happen to anyone else.

My second build had no missing, bad or damaged pieces.Quick dilevery and overall a good product for a fair price. Had my issues with the build but it was just very challenging not impossible... update: yesterday the right wing collapsed again, causing a major crash of the plane seems like the structure aint good after all! They got to redesign the set as I think it has never been testbuild because of a lot of unefective building techniques and a overall pretty unstable design. However this isn't realy their fault because the structure collapsed due to design flaws not the quality. I will try to contact both Lesdiy and the Designer for help... So still cool set but has to be redesigned thats why I can' t recommend the KC-135 moc anymore... Next ubdate: I am trying to repair the plane myself but its main hull is a disaster! Since I am not recieved any support by lesdiy or the designer yet I might have to send it back. I am getting very disapointed... Update again! Both Lesdiy and the Designer have notified me. I explainend the problems and fixed the set myself. As far as I can tell the set should be stable now. Ill ceep you posted and the support of both Lesdiy and the Designer work allthough I fixed the set myself...

I would give you 4.5 Stars. There where minor errors in the order but nothing really bad, to be honest i expected more missing parts, but no, it was just two tiny parts. The main draw back was the long order time of 9 Weeks. Regarding the parts, they where perfect. Nothing to complain there.
I purchased two MOC sets from LesDiy – a Comanche and a Raptor. While assembling the Comanche, I noticed that the model was unstable in several places, for example the rear wheel repeatedly detached. Some parts were missing, and the overall brick quality felt inconsistent compared to other brands. When I reached out to LesDiy, I was initially asked to send photos so they could provide replacement parts and contact the designer about the issues. However, I clearly stated that I preferred a refund instead of replacement parts. After several emails and explanations, I was told that “MOCs are custom products,” which did not reflect the actual purchasing information on the website. Eventually, I had to open a PayPal dispute before receiving a refund. It also feels misleading that the website uses a .de domain and German-language presentation while orders are shipped from China, with a Chinese address and phone number listed in the imprint. Overall, the customer service experience was slow and uncoordinated, and the refund process unnecessarily complicated. It took multiple messages and a PayPal case just to resolve a straightforward refund request, which left a very disappointing impression. In response to LesDiy’s public reply: I appreciate the explanation provided, but it does not address the core of my feedback. My review concerns the product stability, communication quality, and refund handling — not minor manufacturing variations. A professional customer experience requires clear information and transparent handling from start to finish.
Hello, 1. Each MOC set is a unique creation, custom-made and hand-assembled, so slight variations may occur. 2. Parts are a mix of Zhegao and Gobricks brands, so slight size differences may occur. 3. Some designers use computer-generated instructions, which may not be verified in person. 4. If you encounter any issues during the building process, our after-sales team will continue to provide support until your project is complete.

Really good shop for anyone looking to get giant MOC’s, incredible details or models Lego would never make, and all for a fraction of the price, with the same quality. Customer service is quick and precise, so just as it should be.
Always great mocs + consent of the respective designer. Only instruction quality isn‘t always that great. Also way cheaper than lego for example.
Lesdiy has many interesting MOC models to sell, a big varity of different themes like train, architecture, films and science-fiction. I bought several train models and architecture models and I must confess: they are really awesome. It can happen or maybe i had luck and there were no missing parts. I hope they will have even more architecture especially of New York in 1:1800. But also I have to mention that Lesdiy is not selling cheap, of course the production of the pieces has it's cost, but sometimes I think it is a bit too expensive. Rarely, I find some equal models at Ali... with less price. Fact: Lesdiy is great to find interesting MOC and please continue as like as you do now!

Great Service. Some pieces of 28500 in total were missing and I got all sent. Friendly Communication. Quality of bricks are good, some colour differences, which are not visible once the model is build. Great seller, 5 stars
