Gregory at Le Son has to be the most patient person that I have encountered this year. I got the "G" cart and Gregory walked me through how to correctly set up the cart. I had many issues..by no means no fault of Le Son but the issues were mostly on me and properly setting things up. Gregory worked with me over a week or two to get to that happy spot for my new cart. I can't give enough praise and thank you's to Gregory for sticking with me and getting things right. You will not find this type of service and candor from a big box store or a manufacturer that makes carts..and forget Amazon giving you the guidance and instruction that Le Son provided me. I absolutely recommend to purchase from Gregory if you want that extra touch of wonderful customer service. Oh..and yes the "G" cart absolutely rocks!! 10 out of 10 stars!!

The headshell is a lovely and well crafted piece. Service excellent. I've bought the LS10 MkII based on reviews I've read online. It replaced a Rega Ania Pro on my Planar 8 turntable. I didn't need to readjust the tonearm height; it fits perfectly with the standard P8 setup. Head setup done by following the Baerwald alignment.
Shipment has been fast, and it included all taxes and customs duties. Support from Mr. Gregory de Richemont has been excellent throughout the entire process.
Sonically, it has been a big step up compared to the Ania Pro. The LS10 MkII produces a fast, open, natural, and very dynamic sound. Detail retrieval is really high; the virtual stage is wide; background is very quiet.
It makes you forget everything else and immerse in the music. I'm revisiting my entire vinyl collection...
The icing on the cake is that the value for money is unbeatable!

Gregory very helpful until he wasn't... He can get very nasty!
Bought the SL1 MK2 cartridge and rt channel stopped working 6 months later. Because I had bought some silver cables right after the first purchase, and returned them for not working properly, Greg denied my warrenty on the cartridge. I have a $500.00 door stop now. The RCA cables have two ways of wiring them, a 2 wire and a 3 wire system. The two wire is common to 80% to the vintage receivors, while the new amps generly have the 3 wire system. He lost the dispute with my bank and I rewired the cables for the two way systems and they work great! I have an Electronics degree and I was shocked at their Ignorance & stupidity.

We are sorry to read this, and for the sake of accuracy and transparency, we need to clarify the facts for readers.
First, our records show that the silver cable was delivered to you on January 8, 2025. In your own emails afterward, you wrote that the sound was “great” and later “perfect all around” after identifying a wiring issue in your own system. We also clearly offered you our 60-day money-back guarantee if you were not satisfied.
No cable was returned to us. Instead, a bank chargeback was filed under “product not received”, despite your prior written confirmation that you had received and used the cable. We were fully charged back, paid additional dispute fees, and never received the cable back.
In this review, you now state that you “returned them properly,” while also stating that you rewired the cables and that they “work great.” Those statements are plainly inconsistent.
Regarding the SL1 MKII cartridge, your later claim was made months after the cable dispute and after the business relationship had already been terminated. It also relied on a third-party inspection outside our chain of custody, so we had no way to verify how the cartridge had been handled, modified, or tested after leaving our atelier.
We stand behind our products and our service. Le Son offers a 60-day return policy and a minimum 12-month warranty for legitimate claims, and we continue to support our customers accordingly. What we cannot continue is a business relationship where a product is kept, a chargeback is filed, and the facts are later publicly misrepresented.
