I ordered on 6/5/23 for a father's day present. They said it might be a little late. Got confirmation that it was shipped. The shipping tracker through USPS showing package was never received from shipper. I have messaged the company several times about this never being received and haven't gotten any response. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
This took forever to get to me. The printing quality of the photo was very poor and the box upgrade was cheap feeling, it looked nothing like the description.
First of all the 2 letter O”s are completely different, came after Father’s Day, looks like cardboard ! Waiting for refund I couldn’t give it as gift. Junk
The masks are beautiful. 2 fit perfectly but one ran a bit bigger. They do have an odor but once washed the smell disappears.
I have two face masks and they are beautifully made from the softest linen. The embroidered flowers are so pretty. I think the quality is 100%. I highly recommend their masks.
I ordered the hand embroidered tote bag with the mushroom design. It will be a gift and I know that it will be loved! It is beautiful and very well made.
