I strongly suspect this as being a fake website used in support of spurious attempts by 'salesmen' to offer grants towards the investment in independent filmmakers. The company does not appear on Google and has no visibility on LinkedIn. Attempts to contact the company has failed. It is clearly a front.

I believe this to be a fake company! I am a documentary maker, and I was approached by email from this man called David Katherine. He said he could possibly help me get a grant for my existing films, or future films. I conversed with him by email. I asked him what was in it for him, and who did he work for. He sent me a link to a fake website, which when I googled it, it didn't come up! Anyway I googled him, and this came up. No legitimate business would have a website that is not found on google.. Entities operating under variations of "Liberty Global" (like Liberty Global Capital Services) and the name "David Katherine" (often used in romance/catfishing schemes) are widely flagged as fraudulent or highly suspicious. Scammers frequently clone the names of legitimate businesses to trick people out of their money. Liberty Global / Liberty Global Services The Scam: Fraudsters routinely impersonate legitimate, well-known companies to carry out advance-fee scams. Victims are typically contacted out of the blue, promised access to a large sum of money or investment returns, and are then repeatedly asked to send upfront funds for "clearance fees," "taxes," or "deposits". Official Warnings: The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has specifically issued a warning against Liberty Global Capital Services (and similar entities like Liberty Loans) for acting as an unauthorised clone firm. Actionable Advice: Verify any financial firm on the FCA Register. If you are targeted by an unauthorized firm in the UK, report it immediately through the FCA Report an Unauthorised Firm Form.
