Lifelong Collectibles
We’re genuinely sorry this order caused frustration. At the time, our product page displayed the same figurine in two color variants, which led to a misunderstanding about the version received. As soon as we were contacted, we responded immediately, apologized, and offered—at no cost—to replace the item with the expected color. We followed up again later with the same offer and a prepaid return label, but unfortunately never received a response. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are always happy to correct genuine mistakes when given the opportunity. If you’d still like assistance, we remain open to resolving this.
