I am disappointed with my experience purchasing LED pendant lights from Lightingshop.com.sg.
Before placing the order, I clearly informed the salesperson that I wanted white lighting for my office. I specifically asked whether 4000K LED was white light, and I was told "Yes" and that offices generally use 4000K. Based on this professional advice, I proceeded with the purchase.
The quotation also described the product as "White, 4000K LED."
After installation, the lighting appeared much warmer than the white lighting I had requested. When I raised my concern, I was then told that white should be 6500K instead, which was never explained before the purchase.
As a customer, I relied on the supplier's expertise and advice. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was made to feel that the issue was my fault.
I hope the company will improve its product consultation and after-sales service so that future customers receive accurate advice before making a purchase.
DO NOT BUY! PURCHASED A LAMP for nearly $300, it had a defect on the inside and hence was broken 3 months in. The store is super unhelpful, even though it's under warranty, they make you bring the item all the way up north in Singapore for repair. The service is rude basically telling you it's better thank IKEA (missing the point that IKEA lamps last decades and cost fraction of their prices).
Bought a floor lamp from this company, advertised as E27 bulb, arrived many weeks later with G4 bulb. Told the company, but they would not change to ordered specifications, and asked that I get an Electrician to convert to E27.
Given the product received, it might well be from Taobao as the earlier reviewer pointed out.
Do not buy from this online shop.
The so-called designer lights are all from Taobao. So lights that cost $10, they sell for around $150.
The worst thing is that when they arrived with scratches. All 5 lights. The seller accused me of scratching them when I installed them when the video was clearly shown that we just took them out from boxes.
They would be sneaky to put a clause on the delivery order and asked to sign to say that you have received them. However, you would also be signing to agree that your goods are in good order. This is insane. First, there is no definite date of delivery so do they expect an electrician to be on standby or expect the delivery guy to camp outside the house to get our delivery validation?
We have filed a case at state court so hopefully can get some money back.
