The carrier delivered the order to the incorrect address, and we recommended contacting them directly or awaiting their resolution. While we are not responsible for their errors, we did assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Also, it appears the order was delivered to your neighbor, as the image shows a similar building and door.

Additionally, you stated, “Each day I get a note from the delivery service that the address is wrong. As I stated, I need these for an event on Friday.” If the carrier has been leaving notices for you regarding the address, the appropriate step would be to contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. When a delivery service leaves a notice, they are requesting communication from the recipient to correct the delivery details. Please understand that we did not generate those notices. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address on the carrier’s end. If the address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete, it is unfortunately outside of our control after dispatch. We were prepared to retain the inventory for you and permit a re-purchase; however, you chose to harass our employees, demanding free shipping for fragile items, the costs of which are clearly indicated in the product description, which you apparently overlooked. While we acknowledge that our website experienced a technical glitch, which is an inherent risk in technology, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, as explicitly stated on our website. When we suggested seeking alternative vendors if you were unwilling to cover shipping, you continued to harass our employees, even up to the present time. It is important to note that this issue occurred nearly a month ago. Specifically, the persistence of daily emails, despite a clear decision having been communicated, caused distress. Our employees, including our supervisor, were subjected to continued communication even after a firm "no" was given. This behavior, which extended from February through March, was not appropriate. Our employees must adhere to company policies, and it was disrespectful to request escalation to higher management, belittling their decisions.
