Received my Agroseeker Electric…

Received my Agroseeker Electric Outboard Motor yesterday and first impression, I was impressed with the packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. I installed it on my Colorado XT last night and ran it through its functions. It was everything I was expecting and I will be taking it out on its first run Saturday to put it through its paces. From what I’ve seen so far, I’m not expecting anything less than what was advertised and what I’ve seen on several YouTube videos. LiTime’s offering is a great alternative in function and cost to the market for a remote controlled electric motor to install on anyone’s kayak or small boat!! Only negative comment is that I received conflicting delivery information, which did take more time to be delivered than was stated, but a simple email to them was responded to and I did receive a quick corrected answer concerning my delivery date. Anyone who’s in the market for a motor, definitely check into the Agroseeker Electric Outboard Motor. Great Job LiTime!!

The best customer service from any entity I’ve dealt with for over 50 years! I didn’t think there was a company left on this planet that would respond to the customer’s needs like LiTime has done for me. They are remarkable and someone knows how to respect the integrity of simply caring. The people behind the scenes deserve the biggest “hug” imaginable. You people are absolutely wonderful!!

So far so good

Just received & have now charged for the first time Went fishing today and seemed like everything did good. Hopefully it will continue. The only one concern I had, the first time I charged the battery the charger got a lot hotter than I expected. I called LiTime and the representative explained the charger does get very warm while charging but assured that me that was fine. I did put some space between the back of the charger and the wall, started charging again and it did fine, did not get near as hot.

The 12 volt LiFePo4 charger I ordered from you works fine but I wish you had a 48 volt charger when I bought the one I got from you. I like the Anderson connectors.

Litime Dual Purpose Marine 165ah …

We were using a 100ah litime for electronics already, with no issues. Trolling motor was running near low power towards the end of the day, so we have gone to the dual purpose marine litime 165ah running 2 for 24v and added the the 165ah for electronics, has pretty much solved our issues no concerns all day and possibly for 2 days

Excellent Products, Great Value, but a Little Room for Improvement

I've invested roughly $5,000 in LiTime batteries, chargers, and inverter equipment, so it's fair to say I've bought into the LiTime ecosystem. And for the most part, I'm extremely happy I did. The products have performed very well, the quality is impressive, and I believe they offer excellent value for the money. I've also had the opportunity to test LiTime's customer service when one of my batteries needed a warranty replacement. The process itself was straightforward, and LiTime honored the warranty without unnecessary hassle. My only complaint was the length of time it took to receive the replacement. When you've invested in an electrical system, waiting for a critical component to be replaced can be frustrating. My other criticism is more of a wish-list item: remote internet monitoring for the MPPT inverter/charger. I understand these products are largely designed for RVs, boats, and off-grid applications, and I knew this capability wasn't available when I purchased the equipment. But being able to remotely monitor system performance, battery status, and charging activity over the internet would be a tremendous improvement. After all, if my refrigerator can tell me over the internet that someone left the door open, surely my inverter should be able to tell me how my batteries are doing! Neither issue would stop me from recommending LiTime. In fact, I'm very happy with my investment and would absolutely consider buying more of their products. Why four stars instead of five? Shorten the warranty replacement turnaround time and add internet-based remote monitoring, and LiTime would easily earn that fifth star from me. Overall, excellent equipment, good customer service, and a company I feel comfortable recommending. Just a couple of improvements away from outstanding.

I had ordered a battery that didn’t fit in my RV and customer support was very kind and didn’t charge me the shipping charge to return the miss ordered battery. The battery I ordered directly from LiTime instead of through Amazon is working very well.
