Battery died after 10 minute of use

Battery died after 10 minute of use. Did all the suggested boost etc. Didn't work. Trying to return the battery was difficult. It took many emails and many request. I will not recommend this to my friends.

I received delivery notice and picture…

I received delivery notice and picture of my battery and two other packages that have been delivered sitting in the grass. But not in my grass. LiTime asked me to search my neighborhood and speak to my neighbors and contact FedEx. All which I have done. I spent over $400 for this battery. I am currently out the money as well as NO battery. LiTime is dragging this out and in the meantime I need my battery or the money to purchase another one. I'm tired of waiting and I do need to get a battery.

Lost in shipping!!

I ordered two batteries and one of them was lost in shipment, I was told your logistics dept was working on it, but I didn't receive and updates or contacted to let me know the status of the shipment now FedEx is telling me it will be delivered today but tracking shows it still in CA. It would have been nice if you would have kept me informed.

Camping off grid with a Lead Acid…

Camping off grid with a Lead Acid battery was always a challenge when the furnace was needed for night lows in the upper 30’s. The roof mount solar panel helped, but….With my new LiTime 200ah battery, all those worries are gone. Just camped off grid for 4 nights (lows in the low 40’s). I only used 25% of the battery power for the enter trip. At this rate, 4 nights can easily turn into 8 nights! Btw, I power AC appliances with a lithium battery generator so only DC is power by the LiTime battery. Happy with my purchase! Shipping was fast. I did call customer service with a question, a representative answered right away. I would recommend LiTime.

I converted my Bad Boy enterprises cart…

I converted my Bad Boy enterprises cart with 8- 6v batteries to a 100AH 48V. I acquired the conversion kit thinking it would be everything I needed. I had to add a 48 to12 volt converter to power lights and controls. I've got it driving but working on lights and controls. A suggestion in the information section about voltage changes would be helpful. On the more positive side I went from 576 lbs of batteries to 79lbs. Same power and greater distance. It also does somewhat better on steep inclines, speed wise.

New battery technology quite amazing…

New battery technology quite amazing --- this 50A trolling motor battery is incredibly light. If had to use the old lead battery then the project just would not work out ... too heavy for my wife to take in and out of her little boat.

LiTime reputation is good; the products and packaging arrived in excellent condition and quickly. The pricing was tremendous. Website and product descriptions are great. The battery and charger appear to be top quality and the dimensions are amazing! I struggled a bit with connecting the batt to Bluetooth, but probably my fault because I am not a very techie person. The only reason I went with Four stars is because I have not gotten it hooked it up to my fish finder yet and actually used it. I do not expect any issues though.
