Returns are difficult

Ordered the wrong charger and tried to return it but it would have cost me more than the charger was to buy new, but other than that, the products are great

Usually, our return fee is not higher than the amount of the product. It's great to know that you are satisfied with our products otherwise. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Your side was great but we got an email…

Your side was great but we got an email saying our order would be delivered from 10:00am to 2:00pm. It showed up around little before 5:00pm which screwed up our entire Saturday.

LiTime sells dangerous products and does NOT honor their warranty, LIES and gaslights its Customers!

I purchased four (4) Lithium batteries, AC-DC and DC-DC chargers, energy meters (in total $5000+) from LiTime (it's a Chinese company). The AC-DC (110v-12v 80a, which is crucial for my small budget off-grid build) charger came defective, on the very first attempt of charging the charger dangerously melted the LiTime Lithium battery (which somehow has a cheaply-made plastic body) and its contact posts. As it is well-known, if Lithium batteries get overheated or penetrated (or internally exposed to water) it easily escalates into an inextuinguishable fire and a powerful explosion which is very dangerous. I was very lucky it didn't happen. I contacted the seller. The Chinese seller denied the issues, totally ignored my facts, ignored expert conclusions and my photos of the damage that happened. The seller tried to blame the problem on anything else, including "the environment", but their faulty product. The seller blamed "external factors" that "could heat up charger's cables" -- and then asked me (direct quote): "Could you please help us measure the temperature of the charger when it is running? We must confirm the details before returning the product" -- that means the seller directly told me to try to emulate this dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation AGAIN. Was it the case of a Chinese-based international Communist terrorism, or just life-threatening negligence of the seller? The seller LIED MANY TIMES, and tried to upsell me many times too during this issue. After a MONTH of arguing the seller still didn't provide me with a prepaid shipping label for their charger and damaged battery. I have copies of conversations and photos of the damage. After that (on December 2024) I demanded from the seller to send me pre-paid shipping label for my entire order, which I intend to return for a full refund. The seller ignored my request as usual. Also, international Internet reviews (from USA and Europe) show that LiTime (recently previously known as AmpereTime) practically never issues refunds to the customers who suffered from their DEFECTIVE products. AVOID "LiTime" ABSOLUTELY.
