Review Amended. I purchased what I understood to be a UK key code for 12 months of Xbox Gold. It failed to work and said the code was from another Region. It took a lot of communications before Livecards finally agreed to refund me. I have amended this review to reflect the successful outcome. Thanks “Livecards” for doing the right thing.

I'm sure the website works good, only problem is if you pay with a credit card. I wanted to pay with a prepaid card as i had this one with balance. I had to send photo of the card with name of the holder etc. Only problem is prepaid cards don't have these details. I wanted to give them the online login so they can confirm the transaction but that wasnt enough. Photo of the card itself wasn't enough either because there is no name on it. So i guess the site is good if you use anything else then a (prepaid)creditcard

Bought xboxlive 12mnd. It works in the end, but had to use other vpn service. The vpn profile they send was not brazil it got me to a france ip.. so the first order did not worked out.. they didnt charged my paypall. 2nd order same way but i used vpnservice (TunnelBear) is much easier and worked following the rest of the steps.. all in all total i spend 1,5 hours because of the waiting of their correspondance. But now i know how it works and it does work i will buy again!

I was in the process of buying a game and receive an error while confirming the credit card purchase. Because of the error I contacted their livesupport who told me the purchase hadn't gone through and I therefore made the purchase one more time. Now i have received and paid for two keys for the same game and they won't do anything about it. I have now received help from their customer support and they have solved the issue.

Bought a Windows 10 Pro key. When I used it I got the notification that the key was already used. After contacting there help I got told the key was new and that I should contact Microsoft. Microsoft support activated my key as a exceptation since I could show them I bought a key. But their support confirmed that the key was already used and I should not have gotten it. I gave them my receipt and they would look into the matter.

Didn't realise you had to mess about with VPNs in order to activate the online voucher. Managed to sort it in the end but had to download software and register for accounts I didn't want. Saved £9 on the years subscription though.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit CD-Key Download OEM SP1 2PC Worldwide
I bought this license key for my 2 computers at home "Windows 10 pro 64bit SP1 2PC Worldvide" version from this company. The first PC I installed Windows on I had to contact Microsoft to get remote help and their reply was that I did not have a valid license(blocked). After getting help from support, getting a new license and help from Microsoft online support we managed to get the license activated but than all hell broke loose. When trying to install and afterward activate number 2 PC I got the same issue but this time Microsoft said the license is only valid for 1 PC (activated). I contacted support and after many email, two sessions with Microsoft online remote support assistance it was found the license is only valid for activation on 1 PC - not 2 PCs. Nowhere on their website did it stated that the license would only work for 1 PC (activated) - the hole reason for buying was 2 fully working Windows 10 pro versions. When talking to support they basically just replied "you will have to live with this and no refund". ---- I have all comm. on emails and took screenshot just in case ---- ****UPDATE 19.03.2018**** As promissed the refund has been done to my bank account on 01.03.2018 With this in mind I am thankfull for the customer service finally came around but it has been a long and trouble some road. I've chanegd the rating from 1 to 3 stars as customer service did refund the amount in the end

Ordered Microsoft Xbox game pass, received an email stating this is for NEW users only (not stipulated anywhere before purchase) received an email from customer services dept stating the above and I could get a refund, I then asked for a refund as I knew it now wouldn't work, was then told no refund is available as they have just sent the key.......... avoid and use another reputable company
