Windows 10 Pro 64-bit CD-Key Download OEM SP1 2PC Worldwide
I bought this license key for my 2 computers at home "Windows 10 pro 64bit SP1 2PC Worldvide" version from this company. The first PC I installed Windows on I had to contact Microsoft to get remote help and their reply was that I did not have a valid license(blocked). After getting help from support, getting a new license and help from Microsoft online support we managed to get the license activated but than all hell broke loose. When trying to install and afterward activate number 2 PC I got the same issue but this time Microsoft said the license is only valid for 1 PC (activated). I contacted support and after many email, two sessions with Microsoft online remote support assistance it was found the license is only valid for activation on 1 PC - not 2 PCs. Nowhere on their website did it stated that the license would only work for 1 PC (activated) - the hole reason for buying was 2 fully working Windows 10 pro versions. When talking to support they basically just replied "you will have to live with this and no refund". ---- I have all comm. on emails and took screenshot just in case ---- ****UPDATE 19.03.2018**** As promissed the refund has been done to my bank account on 01.03.2018 With this in mind I am thankfull for the customer service finally came around but it has been a long and trouble some road. I've chanegd the rating from 1 to 3 stars as customer service did refund the amount in the end
