My kids and grandkids mean the world to me but I only get to see them every couple of years. This year for mothers day they gave me a real oil painting of the last Christmas we spent together as a family. What a blessing! And it was quite lovely to look a couple of years younger in the painting :)

Helpful and friendly service from start to finish. We ordered the detailed “photo-like” version and it was exactly that! The resemblance to the original photograph is unbelievable. The colours are perfect and the finishing is tasteful and elegant. We could not be happier! We were regularly informed about its progress and given plenty of opportunity to provide feedback and make changes. However, this was not required at all. What a wonderful special gift. An oil Painting of Me! Whats not to love :-) The painting is so life like, and it's the most special reminder of a very happy time. The artist captured my likeness amazingly and we were able to have the background changed. Yeah. Beautiful packaging as well. This was such a thoughtful present to receive from a close friend. He asked us to send our favourite photo from our honeymoon and a few weeks later we received an absolutely stunning oil painting. It looks like it should be hanging up in a portrait gallery instead of on my wall, but it is really such a unique thing to have. People always ask us about it and we love telling them the story of where the picture was taken (in a bar in Rome). The painter is clearly very talented and the painting is almost photo realistic, although if anything he managed to make me look a little less shabby than I do in reality - which was appreciated! It was a real thrill to open this up and and unroll the canvass. I would really recommend Lovarte if you’re looking for something special for yourself or a loved one.
