When I received a courtesy email as to how I was enjoying my products (which I am immensely!!!), I queried if they had a slightly heavier night cream, they immediately advised they would provide a different one in my next subscription delivery, including a list of ingredients.
The products themselves are wonderful; I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues whatsoever. That the products are chosen based on a skin analysis means you'll never waste money on products that will just sit in your bathroom cabinet again! Needless to say I'll be adding to my order next time!

Additionally the subscription service is excellent, really convenient and great value.

I have only been using Yours for about two weeks.
I had an issue with the packaging of my trial kit, and when I reached out they promptly sent me a new one at no extra cost even though only part of the product was lost. I had a similar problem with the next trial kit but hardly lost any product.
I have been impressed with the actual product so far, so I ordered the full size (I am hoping the packaging of the full size is more durable than the trial kit).
Since I had issues twice, they also are including a free eye cream on top of the discount you can use when you size up.
Packaging issues, though unfortunate, can happen, but their customer service was so good, and the products seem high-quality enough that I went for it and ordered the full product.
My skin feels amazing even using for such a short amount of time. I have tried many doctors and skin products with no luck or lasting results. I use customized hair care so I thought I would give customized skincare a chance, and so far I love it!
Such a fantastic product! I knew nothing about skincare before I got my personalised skin care; I had no idea what “type” of skin type mine fell into nor did I know how to care for it. I’ve been using this for just over a month now and my skin has never been clearer! Plus it has put me into a great routine that I never had before 😊😊
Three months of trial-and-error...totally worth it!
From the first time I tried the Day and Night set, I was blown away by the textures and how the products left me feeling on cloud nine. Unfortunately, over the next few weeks, my skin likely went through a detox and I started breaking out like I hadn't done in 15 years or more.
I decided to keep at it regardless, and the Yours team was really helpful in answering my questions and adjusting the formulas on my next set. It also helped that all this happened during Circuit Breaker, so I wasn't meeting people much!
Glad to report that after a second adjustment, we seem to have found the perfect formula. I still get the occasional zit here and there, but the rest of my skin is looking much more even. Feels softer and smoother too.
I have not regretted signing up for the autopilot subscription one bit, and look forward to completing my skincare regime with the Yours cleanser and toner when those launch too! Lots of thanks to Avisha and the Yours team <3
Such a kind and helpful team. The products helped clear up my acne, and just by updating them on how everything was going, they were able to alternate my personal regime to suit my exact needs. Not to mention the products smell amazing and feel so nice to put on.
I never thought an impulse buy during a late night browsing through instagram can be so life-changing. Yeah. That’s right. LIFE. CHANGING. I love trying out and buying skincare products, tried (almost all) the works. Before LFY, my daily day and night routine consists of 3 facial serums, an eye serum, a face oil, 2 moisturisers, and an overnight face mask. And don’t get me started on exfoliators (both chemical & physical, which i used each once on alternate week) and face masks. Sh’yahhh!! That’s why ya gurl needs to hustle harder at work cuz skincare ain’t cheap. So when i saw the Love From Yours ad in instagram and how simple the product is, i was intrigued. I couldn’t help myself from doing the skin assessment, plus the packaging is just so beautiful! And out of curiosity i went ahead and purchased the full set with the exfoliating pads and eye serum. And i loved it. My skincare routine is finally simplified and it made my skin feel softer, smoother and brighter than any other products I've used. I love it so much that i went ahead and bought full sets each for my sister, my mom and my best friend as birthday presents. Thanks for creating such an amazing skincare line!

After using I'm yours for 2 weeks, my skin condition improved and people around me noticed the difference! Less redness and outbreak after using.
I'm a huge fan of their personalised serum and moisturisers. The drop of balance serum has definitely helped with my breakouts and the day and night moisturisers are light-weight but moisturises superbly - perfect for my combination-dry, dehydrated skin!
Having dry skin and tried many different products, Yours came up on my Instagram feed so I thought I’d give it a try. Wow! My skin looks and feels amazing. I’ve had people ask what I’ve been using as they’ve noticed the difference too!
The product, packaging and delivery was tip top! The delivery was super fast. Love how they make a written personalized letter adressed to your name. The serums n moisturizers are divine! Super smooth and it doesn't irritate my skin. After a few uses, my skin's condition got better with lesser acne visible and it keeps my skin moist n supple all day. Its amazing how you can customize the serum and moisturizers based on the survey on your skin condition n type. Now I can be sure that I'll get the right ingredients needed to counter my skin problems every time. As our skin condition is always changing all the time, it is convenient to alter the ingredients required to fit your skin condition easily. It totally saves me the trouble than to find a suitable product in stores that my or may not fit me well. I'll definitely keep on buying from Yours. Thank you for this wonderful product!
I bought the full package first time around, I think I'll stick to just the day/night creams from now on but the products are great and night cream feels and smells amazing!
I've not tried the product yet, but something that is outstanding about lovefromyours is their customer service!! Everything is very personalised!! I'm excited to try their products :))
