Loveholic did a really good job with selling my bag! They took really nice photos of my bag for their website and I also constantly see them promoting my bags on their IG page. Before loveholic, I consigned my bags with another reseller cos their fees were much cheaper ($100 per bag) but they didn’t take nice photos of the bags and didn’t promote the bags much on their channels so my bags were left unsold for 6 months or so. Loveholic sold them in less than 3 months! And they are a reputable store with very nice storefront and I’m very pleased with their fuss-free service. Highly recommend consigning your bags with them!

Shortly after her first purchase - while she's still in Singapore, she bought another bag from us. She contacted us for the 3rd time towards the end of her trip about a brand new Pop H necklace - this time she asked for a 30% discount, citing she bought 2 bags from us and deserves a big discount. Unfortunately, we were able to accommodate as the item was acquired directly from boutique with only a small fee included. She was not happy and did not take the necklace in the end. Transparency is very important to us - our prices & condition are listed clearly on our website. Viewing is always encouraged to ensure you are happy with the bag before committing on a purchase. We have reached out to her to understand about her concerns - there is no response.

Absolutely thrilled with my Chanel medium flap in Beige caviar purchase! The Chanel bag is in pristine condition 9.8/10, as per description and pictures. I decided to dropped by Loveholic office to view the bag in person (bcs its my first time buying from them) and was greeted by Elaine. She makes me feel super welcome. I have bought a brand new bag from a carouseller, however, I had some concerns on the authentication of the bag due to the stitching. I have decided to fix an appointment with Loveholic to authenticate the bag. Upon seeing the box and packaging of the bag, the experts in Loveholic had advised that there are some telltale signs but they have also assured me that they will get Entrupy to have a detail look and provide further advise. The turnaround for authentication is fast, it took 1 working day and it turns out that the bag is not authentic. I was in distress as I wasn’t sure if I can get my money back. Loveholic has advice on various solutions that I can look at for the dispute and that gave me a lot of assurance. This issue is finally resolved with seller refunding the money back to me. I am grateful that Loveholic handholds me throughout this process and have shared various cases that they have experience handling before. Thank you for being so professional 🙏🏻
Within 2 months, Loveholic helped me to source 2 brand new bags that were running very low in stock globally as no new stock of those specific models was being released anymore.
