Loveholic is my main go to for luxury besides straight from the shops - Elaine in particularly has been amazing from end to end, and always on the ball with all my requests and asks. Already have purchased 6 bags (both new and preloved but of excellent standards), and more to come. Thank you, Loveholic for coming through all the time!
This is my first time purchasing from Loveholic and they are very prompt in replying and helpful with my queries. I ordered in the morning and received my bag in the late afternoon. I am impressed by their efficiency. The bag I bought is as described on their website and entrupy certification is sent to my email. I would definitely buy from them again if there is something that caught my eyes. :)
Great process and communication. Got my Lady Dior from them and in love! Fast and efficient delivery all the way to Australia. Thank you
Fast reply and super fast delivery. Made payment and received the item on the very next day. Highly recommended. Condition of item as per description as well!
Great communication throughout the purchasing process and super fast shipping!
Great company to deal with. Wife is very happy with the vintage Chanel earrings. Great customer service too.
I purchased my first chanel mini from them and the whole process was smooth. Elaine answered all my questions and made sure I had the correct information. DHL lost my package but loveholic made sure to follow up with them and I received my package without much delay. I will definitely buy from them again!
Purchased my first Lady Dior from Loveholic, it was the one I always wanted. Customer service was amazing, willing to answer all my questions. Received the bag within 3 days from Singapore to Ireland. Will definitely be purchasing again.
Requested for loveholic to source a bag for me. They were prompt with their replies & managed to deliver the bag within 2 weeks. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
Purchased two bags from Loveholic this year - great customer service and very responsive! Condition was just as described. Authenticated both bags independently afterwards for peace of mind and had no issues.
Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The team were super attentive and friendly, answering all of my queries. Bag was an excellent price and arrived very quickly. I ordered Tuesday evening and it arrived Friday morning in London. Without a doubt would use again!
Their customer service is top notch! They gladly and patiently answer to all my inquiries and respond fast. I got my chanel flap in raspberry color and I am so in love with it! They also had it authenticated so they are very trustworthy. Thank you loveholic sg! I will definitely be back for more.
Loveholic recently sourced my first Lady Dior bag for me and in my interactions with them, they were incredibly professional and prompt with their replies to all my questions. The bag was in pristine condition, exactly as described (if not better). Their service was fantastic; in all the communication I had with them, I was able to tell that they genuinely cared about selling me a bag in the best condition possible given my budget. It was also packaged very securely and arrived without a hitch! I definitely plan to be a repeat customer :)
“I hardly ever leave a review but I have ordered twice on your online shop and you guys are really great. So friendly so kind so patience with me. Both of Chanel bags look stunning and price is super good and delivery was super easy. I will keep ordering without being afraid of the distance Singapore-Germany and without having any afraid that I will waste my money and my time. Super correct. Thank you!” I would recommend definitely Loveholic to everyone. Many greetings dear friend. You make my day. 😘🤗🙏🏻
Just received my first Chanel bag, Fast and secure 3 day shipping to the US, just wow! It is truly stunning and at an affordable price point Special thanks to Elaine for being so kind and patient throughout the entire process. I will definitely purchase from them again BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!
Bag authenticity, condition and assessories as described. Fast and smooth communication. It was an expensive order for me, but transaction was fuss-free and seller was careful as it was raining quite heavily. Trustworthy seller!
It was my first time deal with them. I had so great experience, she was so nice to answer all my questions like the product, shipping and insurance information. I love my bag so much! Definitely I will keep to look up more goodies from them ❤️
Very happy about my bag from loveholic and the shopping experience where the lovely ladies took the time to share their knowledge with my friend and during the browsing process. Nice and clean environment accompanied with glove wearing for handling of bags a plus as well!
Have purchased a few times from Loveholic and again, it was a pleasant and fuss-free experience. They were very transparent about the condition of the bag even highlighting a small scratch and provided a video. Bag was well packaged and delivery super quick. Thank you! Will definitely purchase from Loveholic again!
Seller was prompt in replies and reassured about the quality about the bag. Was patient with the questions and provided videos and detailed photos of the bag. Accommodate to deliver within the timeframe asked. Very thankful for this.
