First time buyer
This is my first time purchasing from Loveholic and they are very prompt in replying and helpful with my queries. I ordered in the morning and received my bag in the late afternoon. I am impressed by their efficiency. The bag I bought is as described on their website and entrupy certification is sent to my email. I would definitely buy from them again if there is something that caught my eyes. :)
