Fantastic experience as a first-time buyer!
Loveholic recently sourced my first Lady Dior bag for me and in my interactions with them, they were incredibly professional and prompt with their replies to all my questions. The bag was in pristine condition, exactly as described (if not better). Their service was fantastic; in all the communication I had with them, I was able to tell that they genuinely cared about selling me a bag in the best condition possible given my budget. It was also packaged very securely and arrived without a hitch! I definitely plan to be a repeat customer :)
