Hi there, Thank you for contacting Lovehoney. I'm very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived with you yet and that the service received from the chatbot was not helpful. We have passed on your feedback about this experience. I can see that the order is expected to arrive by the 21st, and it looks to be out for delivery today. The delivery date on the tracking is just an estimate, and they are not always able to deliver in this timeframe, which is why we provide an expected delivery date in the dispatch email. Apologies for any inconvenience or confusion caused. Kind regards, Lovehoney Customer Care

Hi there, I'm sorry for any confusion caused. The countdown timer for the Premium delivery cut off on the site does state "Want this (next day)? Choose Premium in the checkout and order within (timeframe)". The premium next-day delivery service is not a free service, and this is stated at checkout and on the delivery page. As the premium service is a paid-for service, this needs to be selected at checkout, where all of the delivery options are laid out. Apologies for any confusion caused. Kind regards, Lovehoney Customer Care
