I felt very comfortable with the fact that I was able to get a response with customer service in 24 hours. I did expedited shipping and received my clothes within 10 days. I was a happy customer when I received my clothes. I will reorder from them. Because of their quick response, it made me trust them.

I love the fact that they respond fast within the next day, I usually receive all my items and it it is not available then it is credited me me for future purchases. I love the clothes and so do my customers

Avoid at all costs

I'll start with the only good thing- customer service is prompt in returning your messages. Please keep in mind that the pictures you see on their website is NOT theirs- they take pictures from other companies and "attempt" to make the clothes in the picture. Their quality of fabrics are HORRIBLE. I ordered over $150 worth of items and on top of that over $60 in shipping. The materials they use are very thin and cheap. I am a true to size small. Out of all the items I received, two (bathing suit cover up paints that are netted) were just ok. Everything was baggy on my body. If you compare their small to other store smalls, it literally will fit you like a large. I had to take my entire order other than the cover up pants to get altered. I now spent over $110 to get alterations. Swimsuit material isn't what you'd get from a regular store. It is literally so thin that when you pull the bottoms up, your vaginal print is right in your face. I don't get how they are getting away with posting pictures from other companies, isn't this illegal? Especially if what you are receiving is not what's pictured? Save yourself the money and time and go shop somewhere else. I spent damn near $350 on clothes, shipping, and alterations.

My first experience with Lovely…

My first experience with Lovely Wholesale has been a positive one. The only downfall is my package is taking longer than estimated to arrive. This is likely my fault as I had to contact them after placing the order to change the shipping address. They were very helpful and made the changes immediately. Their online support has been in constant communication with me every step of the way which has been very reassuring. I placed my second order in last night & it has already shipped! I can't wait to receive my items. I'm confident they'll be perfect.

I have been ordering from LovelyWholesale since 2015 and have not had any issues. The items received are as pictured. If I do have questions I open a ticket and Customer Service responds quickly. (Keep in mind their location is China) so it's a 24 hour time difference, Responses are normally received very early in the morning. I will continue to order from this company.

Fast and dope style

Iv'e ordered from lovelywholesale twice now. I got 6 items in total (all hoodies and jackets) and Iv'e been happy with all of my purchases. The only problem Iv'e had is the sizes but that's on me. Just make sure that you read the sizing chart for each and every piece of clothing that you buy and you will be all good! Shipping has always been really fast (within a week). I'm getting it shipped to Los Angeles. Will definitely continue to shop on lovelywholesale and would recommend end it to my friends.

I do not have my items yet it says still in China! Its about to a real problem. Who do i report to? Update: I recievd my orders! I placed my order on 3-11-19 recieved on 3-29-19 through USPS. They left it at my door without knocking but i got a text so i was able to get it as soon as i received the text. Idk maybe i was impatient but it felt like my package took forever. Sites prices are reasonable but shipping is a bit much for it to be so tideous. I was unsure if i'd actually even receive my package. Thank god i did. Sn:Items fit nice and i like material but don't think i'll take the chance by ordering from them again. Site was not secure enough for me. I took a chance and it turned ok but lucky me cause alot of reviews i read were negative.
