I ordered for my cruise on sept 8th, ordered clothes on the 31st of july, now aug 22nd and still no clothes. Every ticket i put in gives me a tracking number to a different carrier that all say processing. I wish i would have seen these reviews cuz i coulda went to rainbow.com n got better results, i just want my money back so i can order something that will come b4 sept 8th...ill be a$$ out on the boat waiting on clothes
Everything looks so cute! But the swimsuit I ordered “Bae Watch” has zero lining. How’s a girl going to keep any secrets? This item is for home-wear only, not public.

The order took a long time to receive. They don't provide a telephone number to speak with a rep. The quality of the order is not as shown in the picture. I will not be ordering from them again and encourage others not to as well.
I placed my order on 3-19-18 for 8 items and still haven't received them. Thinking they'll come fast I started on another order worth $500 something dollars but cancelled it cause they're taking wayyyy too long. They deleted my 1st ticket asking where was my stuff so I had to make another one. Shipping is really expensive. And I don't see myself shopping with them again
Lovely has a great selection of clothing to choose from; however, they are inconsistent in their delivery, their product count and their material that is on each outfit. The expedited shipping is not expedited so you are paying more for the same time limit it would take any other extra slow order they ship out. Don't do your order on a cell phone there are glitches with it and charges your card incorrectly or takes your credit so you can't use it although you didn't get a chance to use it. Lovely has the worst customer services I have ever experienced in life. You can't talk to anyone about the issues and the link on the website doesn't work ever so don't try to contact them it NEVER works.
I noticed that a lot of the positive reviews seem a little exaggerated and far from the truth. I placed an order on 3/1/18. I spent about $120. The order arrived on 3/16. I live in Atlanta, Ga. if that helps. I was in complete shock in how fast it arrived! Not only did the items arrive fast, I only found that of the 9 items I ordered, only 1 was grossly misrepresented and looked nothing like the picture. The clothes are cheap and not the best quality, but I expected that....after all...I did order them from CHINA! I was pleasantly surprised with this transaction from beginning to end. I received a tracking number within 4 days of placing my order and I checked on the status daily. I will say that all the items fit great, I am a medium/large build and the items fit well and have held up after a few cycles in the wash. I would like to point out that when you see the reviews on the website under an item, keep in mind that they do not post any negative reviews. I posted 8 good reviews (all were posted) and 1 negative review (this one was not posted). The get three stars from me based on this alone. I don't value a company that doesn't respect your opinion whether good or bad. Just be careful and not mislead by all the positive reviews you see under an item...its not legit. I will not order from them again since I felt like I was playing Russian roulette...ha ha! I got away this time. Good luck....buy at your own risk!
I placed an order and it took about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. I got everything that I ordered. I got a cardigan that wasn’t quit like it was pictured. It was nicer in the picture. It fits good for the most part. I got a sweat suit with a fancy sweat top. The sweat top didn’t fit good but the pants were nice and long as I’m tall. I ordered a teddy, the top was way to small and I don’t have big boobs. I’m like 36C. The panties for the teddy were nice sized and stretch on the other hand. I order the press on push up bra. The XL woulda been better then the large. There was a top that I ordered as well, the material was cheap and the next size up would’ve been better as well. The sleeves weren’t quit long enough for me bc they were long sleeve. I’m not gonna go through the hassle of sending it back to China. I’ll take a L on the stuff that didn’t fit. I would order in the future. I’d just make sure I order a size up.
Some of the product quality is very poor and they charge too much for shipping,shipping cost sometimes higher than the item bought ,people would shop more if the shipping was more reasonable aND the quality of product was better .
