The colours and the pictures are so pretty. I‘m obsessed. The only thing that wasn't so good are the brushes, but that isn't that bad. In any case, my paints dried out a year later (you shouldn't put these paints on underfloor heating either) and I received the paints for free. I was so thankful and happy about it and the costumer Service is sooo friendly
Cute pictures, challenging paint by colour tasks
When i got the painting the colors where only half filled and of course didn't last for the full painting. After contacting the support they wanted to send me new ones. I never get them. Its 2 Months ago. Its a scam!

The coulers are good and the diffrent Brushes are good to use
Those are really detailed pictures and I like it but it’s hard to read the tiny numbers, some are very difficult to even see. And the colour 0 or black was empty before I could finish all of the numbers.
Sorry to hear that, please kindly send a message to our customer service email address ([email protected]) and we will send you the electronic copy of the canvas and resend you the missing paints.
Have had great service from this company. Had a bit of damage on my order and they were quick to rectify the problem. Love the product and have enjoyed doing the painting.
