I ordered 3 beautiful high end looking tops. What i got were 3 tops that basically looked like flour sack material. This has happened twice, the other time it was dresses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, even though it says usa, when I got my pkgs, it showed they had been to 2 Chinese outlets
What I ordered is nothing like what I received. I have asked for a refund, but no response from company. Total rip-off scam artists! NEVER AGAIN!
I sent for a pretty top. When it arrived it wasnt anything like the one I sent for. Its shocking , the fabric is nothing like the one that was pictured. Ive asked for their return address. The email I received said, it was expensive to post and it will probably get lost. In other words dont bother as they won't refund anyway. Im disgusted, it cost £34..I could have got a better quality top in UK, but it was the style I was looking for. I advise people not to use this site. Its appalling
Scammers, they do not mind anything about you once you order the product, they just take your money and shows you a fake tracking number that never get to be delivered to your house until you try to figure out what the issue was and realised that they scammed you.
What i ordered has nothing to do with whats arrived. Even the colour is not the same. Sent two emails already and no reply. Total waste of money!! AVOID 1
This has been one of the worst companies to order from your order sits in order status for about a week and a half then move to shipping status to another week once you receive the tracking you have no update of where your item is located or a time estimate of when it will arrive no communications except for through AI never again will I use this service? Don’t waste your money, especially if you have a time sensitive item for any occasion. It is May 1 and I still haven’t received my order.
Never again! I ordered a wide grey maxi-skirt and received a narrow beige midi-skirt. The skirt was not cheap at all, so I wanted to send it back. But the customer has to pay the shipping costs, which are horrible. They offered me a refund from only 15 % if I keep the wrong item which I will never wear. I told them two times, that this is not acceptable, but never received an answer to my e-mail. Don't buy at Loveylvioa!!
Such cheap material and workmanship, doesn't look like photos. The return policy is sketchy and you have to e-mail them for a return address, my email has not be replied to. The shipping costs will be so much, that I may not return it. Such a scam.

You order an item and they send you something remotely similar. Aware that you are not going to return it since the return costs are almost the same as what was spent on the item. None of the clothes even looked like the ones in the pictures… DO NOT ORDER anything from this company as you won’t get what you ordered… I always take screenshots of what I’ve ordered and the clothes that were sent to me are cheap and nasty and 3 of them are nothing like the pictures of the clothes I paid for.. been SCAMMED!!
I ordered two glasses. I received two glasses, but not the ones I ordered. I wrote about 4 times that I dont want to keep it, but would like to send them back but would like to have my money back! NO ANSWER!!! NO REACTION. It is very Bad. Don‘t order there!!

I ordered merchandise from Loveylvioa and I never receive it !! I emailed customer service and responded that the package was at my local Post Office!! I want to the Post Office and they said the package was probably returned back to Loveylvioa because of the my address incorrect! I requested my payment back with a email about their overseas!! Buyers beware
Don’t buy from here, horrible experience. I paid for a brown leather trousers. I got a blue cloth piece of rag Trousers. They are refusing to answer the question about where the leather trousers are and are charging a massive fees for me to send other trousers back to them and are refusing to give me my money back.
The dress I purchased for £48 was nothing like the pictures on the website. The fabric, the style, everything was really poor quality and cheap nylon fabric not the “linen” as stated. I put in a charity bag as company would not pay return postage which was £17 from UK. I did not trust them to refund and didn’t want to lose even more money. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
