First and foremost, I apologize for the experience you are having with receiving your payoff checks.
I see your loan funded Monday (10/6), as we cannot fund on the weekend.
Checks are generally sent via FedEx the next day, so you should have them today if you have not gotten them already.
Please let me know if I need to get in contact with the title company in regards to the checks.
