Had to give them one star but if I had my way it would be minus ordered an item in October 2023 first item turned up 2 months later broken after about 2 weeks of back a forth demanding my money back i gave in to get a replacement this never turned up now they want to give me a third of what I payed out as a refund as I have to pay for the shipping of both products that I can't use one I haven't got and the other went in the bin cause it was smashed into 20 pieces absolute joke of a company how can they get away with this
This company is a scam. The worst thing is it disguises its ads as other companies on social media. They have fake links to tracking pages, they have repetitive bots that say ridiculous things like “GEE I am so sorry you don’t have your order (placed months ago) please be patient. They’re thieves plain and simple.
And its a small amount of money so they mistakenly think people wont take it further. They’re wrong
Would give zero. Do not order anything from this site. Ordered beginning of October, no sign of goods. Tracking originally said it was in Virginia usa then Manchester UK, info from chat bot says it was coming from china! No info on who the courier is. Think the tracking info is probably fake and company is a scam. Impossible to get refund as chat bot just says be patient while we update tracking info.
waiting over 5 weeks on an order, total joke! making it really difficult to try get a refund, getting the runaround through some chat bot bullsh*t!

Would be zero stars if the option was there. DON'T buy from this company, i did. They said item would arrive in 10-15 days, its now been about 6 weeks they won't give a refund, they keep sending me shipping information in Chinese, i have no idea where item is and nor do they by the look of it
If I was able to give no stars I would have. Placed and paid for an order 10 days ago. No confirmation email, no order number and no reply to my previous email.
Needless to say no order either.
