They're genuine and quite reliable in terms of getting what you're paying for. I bought a course from them and immediately got the files. A file was missing, so I reached out to them and they were quite responsive. Will visit again for any such need.

These guys STEAL courses from companies all over the internet and resell them for cheaper. They are in violation of thousands' of people's intellectual property, including mine. Multiple of my courses have been stolen and are published on their site, and they ignore all DMCA takedown requests. DO NOT do business with these people. Support the small businesses that create the content you want to consume.

I paid $80 for a course. Once I received it, almost none of the documents were in the correct format (so you couldn't review/read/study them), and it's completely useless to have if you can't open it.
Update/ Solution: Increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars because, due to this issue with the course, as as solution, they gave me for free another course from the platform.
However, this was only possible after leaving my review on Trustpilot because before then, they didn't respond to email or Telegram.
I recommended that if they're going to offer a course that has issues with certain materials, they should notify the buyer in advance with transparency.

Blatant IP Theft.
The reason why these courses are a fraction of the original price is because these people steal the original materials then resell them. Why do I know? Because they did it to me. They stole the entire content of one of my courses and uploaded them to their Gdrive. If you're serious about learning, please support the original creators and not this.
I'm extremely disappointed with Luna Course. They steal content from other creators and resell it as their own, which is completely unacceptable. It's not just unethical—it's illegal. Supporting this business means you're contributing to content theft. Stay away at all costs.
They stole my online content and are selling it as their own for a lower price. Only found out because a customer reached out asking where to buy it. This company is a scam.
Edit: apparently they use PayPal to handle their transactions. I've submitted a copyright infringement report to PayPal and would encourage anyone else dealing with this company selling their stolen material to do the same (no links allowed here but not hard to find).
I emailed them about issue with some corrupted files with my previous order, and they resolved it within an hour. You can't beat this level of customer service and value at such a low price! Thanks Jennie.
