I purchased two courses from Luna. One of the courses was fine, however I had an issue with the second course. It was admittedly an older course (the original content-creator has passed) but the audio and video kept cutting out, so it seemed something may be wrong with the file or it got corrupt somewhere along the way. Luna tried to troubleshoot the problem with me....and we were in contact several times.
Finally, when it became apparent that it couldn't be resolved --- she gave me a FULL refund. She even kindly refunded the other course (which was fine), for the inconvenience of the issue. These guys ARE TRUSTWORTHY. They will not screw you if something is wrong w/ the course. As such, I will definitely be trying them again in the future when I find another course that interests me....

I'm not sure if my other review went through. I do not want to repeat reviews. The course and delivery were perfect, and the little problem I had was my inbox's fault, but the sender responded quickly and sorted it out.
This course I acquired seems it is not in edition anymore, and I could not manage to contact the author, that's why I got his course from this site. If I manage to contact the author some day I will pay him his due for this course.
