On May 27, 2026, your order shipped via FedEx, and tracking information was provided within the estimated lead time communicated at checkout. According to the carrier, your order was delivered on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 4:30 PM. On July 1, 2026, you contacted us to let us know that one of the lights was missing a part needed for installation. As soon as we received your email, our Claims team promptly reached out to gather additional photos and partnered with the vendor to begin working toward a resolution. I understand this process has taken much longer than expected, and I sincerely apologize for the delay. We have escalated this matter with our representative at the vendor and requested an urgent resolution.
