Did the 18-day China trip solo and didn't have to worry about a single thing - Jason planned it all and someone was always waiting for me whenever I got off a train or plane. Trains, hotels, food, all handled. Also?? They sent me a little fridge magnet as a gift and it's honestly so cute, it's on my fridge now and makes me miss the trip every time I see it. Loved every second.

Camille,
This made our week. Solo travel in China is exactly the case we design hardest for — every handover between trains, planes and hotels has to work without you ever having to think about it, so "didn't have to worry about a single thing" is the highest mark you could give us. And I'm delighted the magnet made it onto the fridge — that's precisely where we hoped it would end up. Whenever China calls again, you know where to find me.

We wanted a comprehensive trip with no regrets, so Suki customized a four-week deep dive for us across Beijing, Xi'an, Zhangjiajie, Hangzhou, and Shanghai. Over the two-month planning period, she remained incredibly patient with our constant revisions. The final itinerary perfectly balanced natural landscapes, history, and modern cities. The on-the-ground experience was flawless. Domestic bullet trains and flights connected perfectly, and at every new city, a driver and guide were always waiting for us at the exit. Michael, our guide in Chengdu, really stood out. Not only did he find the best viewing spot for the pandas, but he also catered to the elderly in our group by swapping a spicy hotpot for a very unique local clear-broth healthy hotpot. The accommodations matched our preferences perfectly, ranging from a luxury 5-star in Beijing to a boutique guesthouse at the foot of the mountains in Zhangjiajie. Coming back to the room every night felt very relaxing. This trip proved that choosing a professional team saves you 90% of the hassle, letting you focus entirely on enjoying the sights.

Vivian, thank you.
Suki says the two months of revisions were her favorite kind of project, because every revision was you telling us more precisely what "no regrets" meant for your family. I've also passed this to Michael in Chengdu; swapping the spicy hotpot for a clear-broth one isn't in any itinerary document, and that's rather the point — that's what a good guide does when he's paying attention. Glad every connection landed and every room felt like rest.

3 weeks, 4 cities, completely stress-free from start to finish
We visited Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu, and Shanghai. I originally thought a three-week trip would be exhausting, but the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Right from the initial email phase, Eric showed immense professionalism. He replied quickly and adjusted our daily walking pace and attraction density based on our stamina. On our first day in Beijing, the driver was already waiting at the airport; the car was spacious and clean, and dropped us straight at the hotel to rest. The pacing was excellent. For example, after seeing the Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an, they arranged a relatively relaxed bike ride on the city wall; after seeing the pandas in Chengdu, we spent the afternoon experiencing the slow-paced local life in a teahouse. Our main coordinator, Amanda, seamlessly connected the airport transfers and hotel check-ins in every city. When we encountered heavy rain in Shanghai, she swapped our outdoor plans for an in-depth tour of the Shanghai Museum an hour in advance. The daily meals ranged from big dinners like Siji Minfu Peking duck to hidden local joints, perfectly satisfying our cravings for authentic food. Right up until we passed airport security at Pudong on our last day, everything was a perfect loop. A truly zero-stress trip.

Candace, you've described our pacing philosophy better than we usually manage to: a big morning earns a slow afternoon. The city-wall ride after the Terracotta Warriors and the teahouse after the pandas are placed exactly for that rhythm, so it's lovely to hear it felt effortless rather than engineered. Eric will be glad to know the very first emails set the tone — that's the part of the trip nobody photographs. Thank you for the three weeks of trust.
