It's unfortunate that this happened, especially knowing that the order was intended for an event.  Unfortunately, extreme weather conditions, including unprecedented heat waves, can occasionally affect products during transit despite our best efforts. We have sent you a replacement order in hopes that you get to taste and enjoy them. Thank you for shopping with us!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the blueberry flavor! Unprecedented heat waves can occasionally create challenges during transit. To ensure a great experience. We have already prepared a replacement order and sent it via expedited shipping to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Thank you for shopping with us!

Hello Adriene, It's unfortunate that this happened. Although shipping delays can occasionally occur while a package is in the carrier's possession, we remain committed to making things right whenever possible. After reviewing the shipment, we promptly prepared a replacement order and sent it via expedited shipping to help ensure it reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Providing exceptional products and dependable customer service is our priority, and our team is always ready to assist with any delivery concerns. Thank you for shopping with us!

A quick note on our macarons: they're not the sugar-forward cookies you'll find at most bakeries. We craft ours to let the real fruit shine through, so the sweetness comes from actual flavor rather than added sugar. That means our macarons taste more delicate and nuanced than what you might expect. If you're used to the sweeter, mass-produced version, ours may taste different at first — but that's by design. We'd rather let good ingredients speak for themselves.

Unlike regular cookies, our French Macarons have a very unique taste that is treasured by world renowned chefs. We source the finest ingredients for our collections, and we understand that many people may be unfamiliar with the delicious explosion of fruit flavor in our authentic French Macarons.

We understand that your recent order was potentially mishandled by the shipping carrier. While occasional incidents beyond our control may arise, we are committed to ensuring that every order arrives quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and our customer service team is always available to assist and help resolve any delivery concerns as promptly as possible.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5‑star review of our Macaron Bites® — it truly makes our day.
