Calling this the best era of your life is the most powerfully beautiful thing we have ever heard! We are profoundly honored that our bike has helped you get outside, make more friends, and even learn awesome new tricks. Keep enjoying this amazing chapter!
Almost a full year of great rides! We are so happy our team could reply quickly and get that one small issue completely fixed for you. That is the reliable support we promise to all our riders!
We love that your daughter is completely obsessed with her birthday present! Knowing it is holding up in great condition after a month of pure fun makes us so happy. Happy late birthday to her!
Coming back to buy a second bike is the ultimate compliment you could give us! We are thrilled to be the best and most beginner friendly street legal option in the game for you. Thank you for your incredible loyalty and trust in our customer service!
Outlasting all of your friends bikes is the ultimate real world test! We are so proud our frame and battery have held up perfectly through your daily 6 mile commutes over hills, mud, and grass. Thank you for providing such bulletproof evidence of our quality and comfort!
One of the best you have ever ridden, we are incredibly honored! Keep enjoying the ride.
Encouraging you to get outside, explore new places, and make great memories with friends is the most beautiful compliment we could ever receive! We are so proud the reliable comfort turns every trip into a fun adventure. Thank you for totally recommending us!
Getting outside more than you ever have in your entire life leaves us absolutely speechless! We are profoundly honored to build the machine that brings you so much daily joy and fun road journeys with your friends. Keep exploring!
Absolutely phenomenal! We proudly accept being the best you have had so far. Have a blast on your X1!
Taking a hard fall and surviving with only a scratch proves just how insanely sturdy our frames really are! We are absolutely thrilled the M16 handled your stunt flawlessly. Thank you for detailing how affordable, completely street compliant, and perfect for kids our lineup is, and for giving awesome solid advice about sizing up to the X1S or X7 for taller riders. The huge world of aftermarket parts is waiting for you!
Waking up every day excited to ride and learn new mods and tricks is exactly the Macfox spirit! We are so sorry to hear the bump caused a crack in your top battery mount. Please email our dedicated technical team at [email protected] right away so we can see how we can assist you in getting that battery securely supported again. We want to keep your happy rides going strong!
A daily commuter and a highly capable stunt bike all wrapped into one, we love that! Thanks for the solid recommendation.
Hearing that the X7 changed your life, helped clear your head through tough times, and brought you an amazing circle of friends is the most profoundly beautiful message we could ever receive! We are deeply honored to be your perfect beginner ride. Tell your friend we are incredibly grateful he introduced you to this life changing world!
Never breaking down and zero problems means we did our job right! We love that those nice tires are keeping your wheelies safe and incredibly fun.
A better summer filled with friends and the outdoors is precisely our mission! Thanks for riding with us.
Great suspension and incredibly easy upgrading! We are so stoked to be the best you have ridden. Keep throwing those perfect wheelies!
200 miles in just 2 weeks is absolutely incredible! We love hearing that you are spending all day everyday outside and connecting with new people. That is exactly the active and social lifestyle we want our bikes to inspire. Thank you so much for the five star review and keep enjoying those amazing rides!
The most fun in your life resulting in new friends and city exploration, what an incredible review! You perfectly explained why the 20 mph speed makes the X7 so thrilling yet perfectly safe and reliable for riders under 16. Swapping standard wear brake pads and adding a grippy seat cover is a prime example of excellent bike maintenance too!
Completely legal riding so you can hang out with friends totally fear free! We are so glad the X7 range is letting you ride all day long.
Getting around and popping wheelies is the perfect combination! Enjoy.
