Purchased a Macfox M19 electric bike for my 9 year told. This model is perfect for my child as a first time rider. Top speed of 16mph with front and rear mechanical disk brakes and light weight make this bike very easy to ride for a child. Once you get used to the twist throttle you will be a pro rider! We have to other Macfox bikes (x1s models) and my kiddo wanted one to match ours. Needless to say she’s in love with her bike and wants to ride daily. Thank you Macfox for a great product…looking forward for many years of fun with our e-bikes.

A perfect matching ride for your little explorer to join the family adventures! We are so glad the M16 size, weight, and safety features are making her a pro rider and giving everyone years of fun. Thank you for being such a loyal Macfox family!
The bike is very nice
The bike is very nice after 500 miles it still rides nice, has decent range, and it has been a good experience so far with my only issue being the fact that sometimes the motor has pushed itself over its speed limit randomly
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-08-03
Great to hear the ride is still nice after 500 miles! Regarding the motor speed variance, that sounds unusual. Please reach out to our technical team at [email protected] so we can take a look and get that running perfectly steady for you.

I left a review a few months ago and it said i would get a complimentary accessory for my macfox. I never did get the complimentary accessory.

I recently bought a MacFox x7 for my daughter for her birthday. I put the bike together per the directions it came with. The first week, my daughter said it was making noise. I checked it out and the front bolt that holds the rim on came out. so she was riding around for who knows how long with a lose front rim. Then instead of just sending me a bolt to put back in the rim they sent some "upgraded Kit" to replace the whole front assembly, but didn't tell me what it was for. so I wrote back and let them know they sent the wrong part and all I needed was the bolt. that's when they said it was an "upgrade" lol. You mean a fix to a poor design! Then My daughter said the battery was diving way faster than her friends bikes. so I started watching it and the light on the charger is not turning green to indicate a full charge. I wrote in for that and they said send a video and Crickets no response. I guess spending $2000 on a e bike you would think they would have better customer support instead of getting the run around.

We are genuinely sorry for the stress caused by the front rim bolt issue and the poor communication regarding the upgrade kit. Safety is paramount, and we apologize for the lack of response on your battery charging concern. This is not the level of support you deserve.

The macfox bike is super fun even though it may not be as good as other brands you can still learn tricks and explore out in the world. My bike has helped me make new friends, learn new tricks, and brought me outside much more!

This is a great starter e-bike
This is a great starter e-bike for me. I had many bikes before my Macfox but this bike made me street legal so I can basically ride anywhere I want without having any trouble by the cops. It’s speed is decent 20mph being the legal limit which is safe for kids.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-08-03
Perfect speed, fully legal, and zero cop trouble! We are glad it is your favorite starter ride and lets you explore anywhere you want safely.

How the macfox bike has gotten me outside more.
My experience with the macfox x2 has been amazing I’ve been riding everywhere since it’s summer vacation. Since the x2 has the dual suspension I love taking it out to go on trails the suspension is super cushy so I can get a smooth ride on the trails or just riding on the rode. The x2 is a wheelie monster I’ve been learning wheelies on a closed course and I’m getting so good macfox makes the best wheelie bikes in my opinion. The torque and speed are so fun cause it’s fast to stay keep up with friends but is still street legal. The durability on the bike is amazing I have over 500 miles and I’ve had no problem. I’ve also thrown in some upgrades onto the bike like a new front plate and bars I love how easy the macfox is to modify. The customer service is really good I got exact say shipping on my bike and it came in really quickly so I could get right to riding. This is how the macfox x2 helps me get outside and explore the environment around me.

What an absolutely epic breakdown of your X2 summer vacation experience! 500 miles with zero problems is proof of that amazing durability. We are so stoked to hear the cushy dual suspension is conquering the trails, and that the X2 has proven to be the ultimate wheelie monster for you. Keep exploring and enjoying those quick rides!

We’ve had nothing but problems with bike. We’ve had to change out warrantied parts three times. The bike still doesn’t work. I’ve requested a refund or brand new bike and get nothing but more and more emails from MacFox asking for more videos or pictures for evidence. I would not recommend this brand to my friends and clients. It’s very disappointing when you save up to buy your child a gift for summertime and she can’t even use it.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-07-29
We are deeply sorry for this deeply frustrating cycle of issues. Replacing warrantied parts three times without a resolution is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the constant requests for more evidence instead of providing a real solution for your daughters summer gift. Please email our senior leadership directly at [email protected] with the subject line URGENT REFUND REQUEST.
