Very Pleased about the bike.
My bike has held up very well, I have had other friends who got bikes the same day as me and theirs have all had issues with the frame, battery life, and more. I use it daily and travel over 6 miles consistently while pushing it up hills, and even over grass or mud and I have not had a single problem. The power is great for commuting and it is always a smooth ride. I have not experienced any discomfort at all when riding. Even on stock parts the bike is perfect for daily commuting for kids wether it’s school or fun.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-07-27
Outlasting all of your friends bikes is the ultimate real world test! We are so proud our frame and battery have held up perfectly through your daily 6 mile commutes over hills, mud, and grass. Thank you for providing such bulletproof evidence of our quality and comfort!

Best bike brand for kids and teenagers!
This company is super good. I love their bikes and ride it every day. They can take hard falls and still survive. Very sturdy. If you are looking for a bike for your kid that isn’t pricey, this brand is a great choice. It’s completely street legal and can be used for commuting. I’ve tested the sturdiness of this bike on a hard fall because I was doing some dumb stuff lol. It completely held up with only some scratches. Perfect. My bike is an m16 and is great for kids. Although if your kid is the taller kind, I’d suggest get the other ones like the x1s or x7. Quality. Absolutely great. Suspension is awesome. There are also a lot of aftermarket options such as plates, lights, seats, upgraded suspension, etc.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-07-24
Taking a hard fall and surviving with only a scratch proves just how insanely sturdy our frames really are! We are absolutely thrilled the M16 handled your stunt flawlessly. Thank you for detailing how affordable, completely street compliant, and perfect for kids our lineup is, and for giving awesome solid advice about sizing up to the X1S or X7 for taller riders. The huge world of aftermarket parts is waiting for you!
I love the macfox, it makes me happy waking up everyday just to go outside and ride it. I love to mod its out and try new things I’ve never done before, like to do tricks and use special tools for my bike. I love my bike so much but recently my top battery cracked after going on a bump. And now it falls out when I put it in because there are no support to hold it. But I love the bike.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-07-24
Waking up every day excited to ride and learn new mods and tricks is exactly the Macfox spirit! We are so sorry to hear the bump caused a crack in your top battery mount. Please email our dedicated technical team at [email protected] right away so we can see how we can assist you in getting that battery securely supported again. We want to keep your happy rides going strong!

That is exactly the active and social lifestyle we want our bikes to inspire. Thank you so much for the five star review and keep enjoying those amazing rides!
Macfox is a great Ebike coming from me, I have had my macfox for about half a year and it’s been the most fun i’ve had in my life. I get to explore around my city and i have made many new friends riding this Ebike. The x7 macfox has a top speed of 20 MPH and is very safe if you wanted to get your kids under 16 a safe but thrill seeking Ebike. This macfox is very reliable, i have had the x7 and I didn’t need to make any changes except the brake pads which is a need to repair and a seat cover for more grip.
Reply from Macfoxbike2026-07-24
The most fun in your life resulting in new friends and city exploration, what an incredible review! You perfectly explained why the 20 mph speed makes the X7 so thrilling yet perfectly safe and reliable for riders under 16. Swapping standard wear brake pads and adding a grippy seat cover is a prime example of excellent bike maintenance too!
