This company is outstanding! We had an issue with our frame after a few months and they sent us an entire new bike! Not a new frame…an entirely new Macfox🤯 I was mind blown at their professionalism and customer service. Prior to this, my older son had a Macfox. He had issues with his throttle and customer service was quick to replace it. If you are looking for a great e-bike and amazing customer service, look no more.Go with Macfox.

Sending an entirely new bike instead of just a frame is the exact mind blowing customer service we love to provide! We are incredibly honored that you have trusted us for both of your sons and that our team could quickly solve every issue. Telling people to look no more is the greatest recommendation we could ever ask for!

Best Bike for Anyone
The Macfox X1S fits all legal requirements for a class 3 e-bike, so if you are in a rolled town, this is the perfect bike. This bike is extremely moddable although it's great stock. It is suitable for many people learning to ride and skilled professionals. The quality is absolutely outstanding, with nobody matching it's competition in the price range. It was also delivered in an instant, being the best e-bike choice.

Best Fully Street-Legal Option
The macfox X1S has been a great overrall bike. The way it rides, the legality, the quality, and the feel of it in general. No cop has bothered me since the day I got it and it gives me that peace of mind to where I am no longer worrying about getting pulled over or being impounded- especially in a extremely strict city such as where I live.

Peace of mind in a strict city is the ultimate benefit! We are thrilled the ride feel, quality, and legal status of the X1S have kept you completely worry free.
