It appears that Magbridal's website (Magbridal.cn.com) is no longer accessible, which is a MAJOR disappointment. This was a wonderful company that offered a GREAT value, it is too bad that they appear to be no longer available. I ordered 4 dresses from them in the past (2019-2022), and all of them were wonderfully made. One of them was my wedding dress, which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, workmanship, and materials. I was also able to customize it considerably, as the staff at Magbridal's was very thorough with all the details. If anyone knows whether Magbridal will reopen or has changed the name/operates under a new name, please post the info! I would certainly be ordering more from them if they ever come back. I have not seen such a variety of styles and choices for wedding and formal dresses, as they offered, it was truly amazing. And the pricing was absolutely phenomenal, you won't get better value anywhere else.
MAGBRIDAL is fake and unfair. A few months ago I paid almost $1000 for a wedding dress. After receiving the dress it was completely different from what I paid for. After addressing the problem I was told not to return the dress but they will give me $40… I felt so hurt and disappointed. I give them a 1 star for effort of sending me a dress. I would not advise anyone to buy wedding dress from them.
Horrible company. Sent wrong item, wrong color, wrong size and three months late. The only thing they did do was bill me and refuse any refund. DO NOT BUY from this company. I have had to hire a law firm to initiate litigation and I hope to have them barred from future imports in hopes of saving other people from this awful company.
There should be a zero star for this company. I received the wrong dress wrong color. They only thing they got right was the size of the dress. I've emailed them about 7 times to either get a send me the right dress or I'll even to take an exchange of another dress if they can't make the original dress I wanted . No one ever picked up the phone, emailed them so many times to get it resolved all I got was no refund no exchange.
Don’t buy from here don’t order a custom made dress . They made my bridesmaid dress 5 inches too small was unwearable , they would not take responsibility and would not give us a refund .

BEWARE
I ordered Dark Purple and received Lilac and the company offered me 14.00 and said I should wear it and be happy. I only wanted the correct color and they refused to exchange it. Here is the actual email from company. FYI: This company is in Singapore.

Here the dressmaker tailored the dress with color code, not color name. And you know that different people have different color definitons. Even with the same fabric, the color definitions will be different.Thanks for your understanding.
While the dress is newly made, we do not have stock of dress. We are sorry that we could not accept return or exchange. Could you kindly wear it and check it again? Not even worth my time. They sent the wrong color, refused to let me return the dress but offered an 18 dollar refund after 3 days of e-mailing back and forth. I paid 200 dollars for a dress that I can’t even wear. And they think it is funny to tell me things like “it is a pity for it” and we can offer you a 10 percent refund. Which will not cover even the shipping cost. Deceitful company with poor customer service. The dress looked nothing like what I ordered including style and color and would take another 300$ of tailoring to even make it fit halfway decently. Do yourself a favor and go to a store and do not give these people your hard earned money.

So I was so afraid my stuff wouldn’t come in on time. I purchased two absolutely beautiful flower girl dresses and several hair pieces. Every single item that I ordered was just as pictured and beautiful. Excellent price for wedding goods!
The dress is beautiful! Like many, I was nervous about ordering online, and ended up purchasing a size up from what I am because I was afraid it would be too small. However, I now will need to get sized down. Nevertheless, I love the dress! It looks exactly like the picture!
Honestly, I was nervous about purchasing my daughter's First Communion dress online. I had it custom made to match her measurements. She is very tall and thin for her age. Most other dress shops had standard sizes which would have required me to find someone to alter the dress after I received it. The dress fit perfectly and was excellent quality fabric. I love the dress and would highly recommend Magbridal.
